This is amazon customer service. When you request a call back on the app or online this number is the one that calls.

This was a call from Amazon that I initiated to check on delivery of an item.  Person was in the PHILLIPINES.

After looking at my recent call list and seeing "Daud Haus", I Googled the number because it was a 12 min phone call so it must be legit but the name wasn't familiar. After some research I realized that it's Amazon Customer Service. I requested a call back yesterday and an agent called me, handled my account issue and I confirmed after. So it's legit Amazon Customer Service Callback Number.

HOWEVER, a company named Daud House has spoofed the number, is calling Amazon customers randomly and attempting to hack your Amazon account by phishing information from you. Over time as the people as reported this, the Internet and AI driven software has identified to the scammer. It could actually be a legit Amazon call or could be a scam.

Here's how you can tell the difference: If you are on the Amazon app or on the computer and you request a call back, Amazon will call you within minutes from this number. If you haven't requested a call back from Amazon, it's a scammer. Amazon does not randomly call it's members via phone for account issues. It must first be requested from you.

My advice: Don't block the number because you may one day request a call back from Amazon and they will not be able to reach you. Instead, just assign it to your contacts as "Amazon CALL BACK" so when you see it pop up on your phone and you know you didn't request a call just 2-3 minutes prior, don't answer because it's a scammer.

Yes. This is a legitimate Amazon customer service number. I know this because I initiated the call asking for help.  I asked to be called. This is the number from the  person who called me.  They helped me with canceling and getting refund credit for a purchase that never arrived.

That is exactly what scammers who pull those refund scams would say. Scammers often spoof numbers to trick victims into believing they are from Amazon. Never trust a caller to be who they claim and always call from a well published number from an official website.

Thx for mentioning the machine, we bought one also, but, had to stop using it, it interfered with our fax line, even tho they are 2 different ph numbers!!!

How can a call blocker interfere with a fax line when they're two separate numbers? And do you really think that person will be back after 10 years to see your post?

Called this number to give them my new email address and banking info and got a 35 dollar bill.

Why would you call this number to do that?  There is no way that you were billed that much for a call in the US.

I requested a callback from Amazon and this is the number they called on.

Said that they did not see my order in their system. Could not answer my questions clearly .  Even when i got upset because i know my order went through. My card was also trying to be charged twice.  Their stuff was not making sense to me.i say the number 2069220880 is scammers.
