I am so sick and tired of this [***]. Am on DNC list which in itself is a major typical government [***] up, run by a hunch of people who think about one thing. The fat pay check for being a robot weenie. We have whole departments who couldn't come up with a regular idea to  save their fat undeserved salary. What a major joke and then some.

2 calls, not welcome at all. 2/5/2012

Got a telemarketing call to try to "lower my credit card interest rate."  I responded by pressing one to talk to a real person and when they answered, I just told them to take my number off their calling list.  They said they would but this has happened before and they keep calling.  Last time it was from a different number though.

For something I don't want ....

They called my cell phone today.  I picked up long enough to hear someone (a recording) announce that the call was from Account Services.  I assume it is some kind of scam phishing expedition, hoping that somebody will give them card and/or account details.

I'm also on the DNC list, and clearly that isn't stopping the scammers...

Do not know who this is I am on do not call list Call came into my cell phone

Same number, no message.  Goes direct to VM, says it is full.  Either Craig or Gary was the name, obviously fictitious. I am am also on the DNC.   Perhaps our Gov could spend a little money to shut these guys down, instead of all the other Mickey Mouse stuff they do.

I still am NOT understanding why these people can call our cell phones when all of my phones are on the do not call list!!  What's the purpose of putting our numbers on there if this continues???

This # called my cell, I'm glad I didn't answer after reading these posts. I am glad that other people did post what they knew about this company. Looks like they are making these calls to a lot of people and recently too.
NY

Un wanted cell phone call - no message.  i screen all of my calls.

I get a phone call on my cell from this number: 1-216-744-4009. I am in a DNC list (updated last month!). And: The number is from another state. Personally, I would NEVER do business with anyone who invades my privacy.  What are these morons thinking? It is upsetting because they call on a cell phone, and I am not open to share my minutes with them. I wish there was a law to get rid of the annoying marketers, scammers, trash harassments...

Just got a Call from this number pressed 1 and the guy belched in my ear.   They call me 3 times a week and I always get a different person.   What kind of Human scum does this?

called my personal cell and didn't leave message and then turned around and called my work cell... talk about creepy!

Wow, you actually expect scammers and bunko artists to abide by the DNC and because it doesn't stop criminals from calling you, that it's a failure of the government?  This line of thinking simply staggers the imagination...

This is obviously criminal activity attempting to get you to provide them with your credit card numbers so that they can "lower your interest rate", then take your credit card and go on a shopping spree.  No legitimate bank or card company would conduct business this way, there are too many call center regulations (I work in the industry) governing legitimate calling activity.

This is a criminal trying to get your card number.  Next time they call, I am going to play along and see if I can get a return call phone number, and will post.  Of course I won't give them anything legit.

stop calling

My cell phone is on the "DO NOT CALL".   I got a prerecorded call from this number. I absolutely hate prerecorded calls. The lady said that her name was Ann and that she was from Account Services.   The pitch was about lowering interest rates on credit cards.

Received this call on my cell phone today from Cleveland, OH.  No message left. I'm on the DNC list also.

also got call on cell phone . this is really annoying .  i agree with other comments . what a bunch of morons for invading my privacy .. i hope they get reported .. caught ..prosecuted . fined  ...and put out of business!

Stop calling me.  all my phone's are on DNC list, SO why are they call.
