Someone please arrest these people

I received a call from this number at 2:05 p.m. and didn't answer. No message. I called the number back and it said the voicemail box of "Craig" was full. So, so annoying.

Have gotten numerous calls from this number on my cell phone, which is registered on the Do Not Call list.

Got a call from this number.. many times in the past few weeks.. unwanted sales call regarding interest rates. My number is blocked, but they avoid this. just disconnect

They called my cell phone.

just called me on my cell. its illegal to call cellphones for marketing purposes. waited after the recording to tal;k to a human asked to be taken off the list and they hung up before i even finished

didn't answer - and now blocked

I have been getting calls to reduce my credit card interest from this and other numbers for months. When I do answer and get a person on the line and I ask a question they hang up.  How very frustrating to say the least and swearing at the phone after they have hung up does not make it better either. What an awful job these people have had to take to pay their bills!

If you get a life person, do what I do - blow a whistle into mouthpiece. I get a certain amount of satisfaction doing that!

I received a phone call from (216) 744-2009.  It was a recored message about lowering the interest rate on my credit cards.  I don't have any credit cards.  THIS IS DEFINITELY SCAM ... to find out who was calling me and to have my number removed from their list, I responded by pressing 1.  A man answered and asked if I was interested in lowering my credit card rate.  I told him "no", I simply wanted my number removed.   He said they only get incoming calls and have nothing to do with the phone calls ... and that I simply should not have responded to the recorded message if I was not interested.  He then hung up on me.  So much for being on the DO NOT CALL list.

Received a call from this number at 4:55pm March 6. I screen all my calls. Was afraid to call it back, and a quick reverse look up got me to Cleveland area, then I looked it up and got this site. Good to know not to pick up.

I received this call twice on my home phone on March 5, 2012. My caller ID call waiting picked it up as "Wireless Caller" with the number 216-744-4009, but since i was on the phone and i dont answer numbers i do not know i just let it ring. They called back again about 2 minutes later (again i didnt answer). They've called many times before, i wish they would stop already.

I got a call from this number yesterday.  The recording stated that it was the last day to take advantage of a balance transfer opportunity to consolidate my credit cards.  I called the number back today but no one answered.  It also indicated that the voice-mail was full.

Calls and hangs up.

Got the same message from 216 744 4009.  Why doesn't the government go after these folks?

I continue to receive calls from this number despite requesting that I be removed from their call list.
It has become very annoying. Can you please help.

I couldn't answer the phone when it called. I searched for the number online and got to this website. I am glad I didn’t call back! Thanks everyone for reporting our experinces. If you receive a call from an unknown number, I would suggest first looking it up before answering or returning the call.

I too just got a call from this 216-744-4009 #. I didn't recognize the number, so I let it go to voicemail. No message left. I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST... These guys don't care!
I hope they get nailed... I'd love to see Homeland Security do something about these smart ass phone terrorists!

My issue is that I don't have a credit card.  These calls drive me bonkers.  I am also on the Do Not Call List.
