Just got a call from here but quickly googled the number, checked here, and decided not to pick up. On do not call list.

I got one from them this am. I don't answer these calls. They are coming more and more. I am on the DNC list.

They called my cell tonight and since I don't know anyone from Ohio, I didn't answer. They did not leave a message so I called the number back to see who it was.  The voicemail picked up and I couldn't understand the name of the  persons mailbox. Sounds like they deliberately mumbled their name. Mailbox was full, couldn't leave nasty message. Next time they call, I'm going to answer and let my 5 year old sing to the lucky caller!!

Same missed call, when I called back said mailbox belonging to Craig was full.

Just missed the call and decided to look it up online. I won't bother calling it back. Thanks for the info from everyone who posted.

Same as all of you.  Continue to receive calls from this number.  On DNC list but they still call.  Since it is a recording you have to work harder to have them remove you from their call list.

Just got a missed call from it.  When I called it back I too got the voicemail for "craig" was full!!!

Its a scam and they have been reported to the trade commission long ago but nothing can be done about it as it seems our trade commission is lacking.  They will take your credit card info and then use it to scam you.  They say they are there to help lower your interest on your cards.  If you play around with them they will call you the F word etc. This is no legitimate business. Plus they have a caller id masker so you think they called you from a certain number however its a false generated number so you cant track them down.

the number is false they are using a device that generates a fake number on your phone.

they wont remove you.  Its a phishing scam to get your credit card number.

Will do you no good trust me I have talked to the federal trade commission and our locat Atty General office...they have been trying to shut them down for years and cant do it.

Its a scam, they DO NOT REPRESENT any COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT A PART OF MASTER or VISA. Please visit mastercard or visa or ANY credit card you may have website or call their 1800#. They will never call you to lower your card rate. You would have to call them. PLUS, if YOUR credit card calls you, it would be from a designated, verifiable 1800 number. YOUR CALLER ID WILL NOT SAY WIRELESS CALLER.

This is a notorious robo scam. These scammers get your number possibly from illegal purchases from debt collector, charites, or other various places. Nevertheless, ONCE YOU GET A CALL, YOU WILL GET MORE. Blocking calls is absolutely 100% useless, all they will do is use another number, from another location across the country. NEVER CALL THE NUMBER BACK, NEVER PRESS ANY NUMBER TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST! All that does is verify that your number is valid and that they caught your attention. Bingo, more calls, and your number is sold to other criminals. All the numbers are computer generated spoofed numbers. They use a fowarding service/false caller ID to hide their real calling location. Criminals are sneaky. They will do anything to hide themselves.

Yes, they are criminals. There is no interest rate reduction. All they want is your credit card information for theft. Credit card scams. If they have scammed you, the best thing you can do is call your credit card issuer immediately and cancel your card. There are various other schemes as well. Like health care, warranty services, political polling and cruises.

WHAT YOU CAN DO! Do not call list doesnt matter to criminals. Since when does criminals follow the law?? However, please continue, EVERY SINGLE TIME to report to to the Do Not Call List as well as keep a log/report. Also report to State's Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs or to local FBI and Congressman. *57 also helps. It will cost you, but it will TRACE the call as well file a report to local authorities and report the number to your phone provider.

But most importantly, WARN OTHERS. Let other people know about this SCAM to steal YOUR credit card $. They doop the gullible and the elderly. THE MORE PEOPLE THEY STEAL FROM, THE LONGER THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. The more harrassing calls. I have been getting these calls since 2010. I finally started to take action. Reporting here just warn others.

I received the same call, same announcement about reduced Federal interest rate. I press "1" and a woman answer the phone asking if i am responding to lower interest rate. I ask her what company she is with. She immediately hung up. I call back and get a message stating the mailbox belonging to Craig is full. I think they are crooks.

I received a call from 216-744-4009 just now. I am on the DNC list as well.  It was a prerecorded message about lowering credit card interest rates. When the message was done the call hung up.  I reported this to the Do Not Call Registry.
