yep - "our company name is Card Member Services".  I asked them if there was a calling list they can remove me from and they said TY and hung up.

I also got a call from this number today. It wasnt familiar so I didnt answer it.When they didnt leave a message I looked it up and found it said Cleveland Ohio and then this post. Definitely some kind of scam. Thanks for the posts...........as this just confirmed my suspicions.
I am also on the DNC list.

Just got a call from this number; iPhone said it was from Cleveland, OH.  No message.  Ugh, annoying.

Someone stop these calls!

I got a call from this number while I was at lunch.  I did not answer, nor did they leave a voicemail.  I called the number back and there was a voicemail box that was "too full" to leave a message.  I assume it is just another one of the phone calls from Account Services to "lower my interest rates."  I assume these guys are scammers trying to ripoff my personal information, but does anyone know for fact what these guys are about.  They call atleast two times each week.

I have do not call on my cell and get calls from this number.  I want them to stop calling.

Called me too. I listened to the unwanted sales pitch for lower interest rates and pressed one.  I got someone on the phone who made the mistake of asking how I was doing today.  I said,"until now I was doing fine; do you know this number is on the national do not all list?" She hung up on me.  That pretty well guarantees I'll make a complaint.  Also, did you know you can file complaints with the FCC.  They won't represent you individually, but will use a number of calls to address the problem.  FYI peace.

I got a call from "2167444009"  When I called the number back a recording saying that Greg's mailbox was full. I've been getting a lot of calls from various numbers wanting to lower my credit card rate.

Same robo message.  Just hung up.  To my cell.  It's on the DNC list as well.

Call appeared as a missed call on my cell phone. Not a known number in my contacts.   I dialed back and received a recording that the mailbox for (sounded like Greg?)  was full.

am on the no call list but routinely get these phone calls. If I answer I hang up immediately. My cell phone is used for personal and business so this is truly an inconvenience

I get calls about 3 times a week I'm on the DNC List seems like it does not help with these people

Got that call also ..on cell..didn't answer ..beem getting a lot of calls trying to piss you off and keep calling back from different numbers and private number also...

I received a call on my cell from this number today. I swear I gave out my phone # to one university of phoenix online inquiry a year ago, and now my phone occasionally rings with spam (when it never did before!). It might not be fair to blame it on them, but once your number is out there, it's almost like they never go away! Oh well.
