Received a call from them and rejected it.

These are usually not legit calls.
They say they are calling to lower your rate but then they ASK YOU  for your card number.
Like one guy said on radio....same scam....if they are your company, they would have  the
info.
So, the best policy on any of these calls........HANG UP or better yet DONT ANSWER.
I had one call that was relentless on a collection he claimed that wasnt even me...
asked for THELMA all the time..
So as soon as I saw the "Unavailable"..I turned up the radio and blasted in ear.
Calls stopped coming!!! I loved it.

Same as some other posters - no message, called back, Craig had a full mailbox.

This caller is a SCAM.

216-744-4009 just called, no answer, and no voice...dropped.

Called my cell phone and no message was left.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Finally put this number in my blocked callers list.  If I answer, it either hangs up or goes into a message about being from a credit card services company.  Goes on to say that there is nothing wrong at this time, but stay on the line for an agent to discuss helping me prevent problems.

Scared me to death when I saw the area code, thought someone in the family was ill or worse.  Tried to call back, "mailbox is full."  There was no message.

Recorded message said was from member services, I accept no calls from any one whom I have not originated. I just wonder how much good the Do Not Call List helps ???

I just had a missed call from 216/744-4009.  When I called the number I received a Voice Message sayiing that, "Craigs mailbox was full".  How do you get your number on the Do Not Call list?

How to beef up the DNC laws.

1. Go to this website: http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm. Pick a random phone number.

2. When the telemarketer calls, tell them you're interested. You'll have to be convincing. Then tell them you are on your work phone, and you want them to call you on your personal phone.

3. Give them the number you chose in Step 1.

4. Patience. Wait for an updated DNC bill to roll through congress.

I, too, have my cell phone on the DNC list.  Also received a call from this number March 29 @ 2:59pm.  They did not leave a message.

Same Card Service routine that others have posted.  When asking them to remove your number from their call list they hang up.  Added to my no answer list and reported.

You know they are lying, but I don't do business with Visa *or* Mastercard and I get calls from these [***].  I informed them I was filing a complaint with the federal trade commission as well as the FCC, and then I do this.  Other than the well-known donotcall.gov, also google for a "FCC Form 1088", the FCC gets more detailed info and are more likely to fine them.

I keep getting calls to my cell phone from this number.
