Hi... Looks like Mrs. Holder is back.  Thanks for all the postings and heads-ups.  I wont be taking work off for this one.

Got the 'Mrs. Holder' routine, too. Must admit after weeks of searching for a job and hoping for at least a call back, I felt a slight adrenaline rush!  Took the fake until I saw the company was an insurance outfit. So I checked the phone number out and lo and behold, I connected with the warnings above.  Thanks everyone!

I just got the same call today from a Keli Ervin from 'American Income' but before calling her, I did a google search by typing the phone number she left and what do you know? I found this site. Good thing I did so now I don't have to waste my time...

I got a call from Beverly from American Income last week Monday (6.15.09) and she scheduled an interview ASAP for Wednesday (6.17.09). I asked her to tell me about her company and she said thay work to get benefits for the UAW.  LYING S.O.B!!!!! We don't need this type of scandal and deceit right now.  We have people losing their homes etc...  Now is not the time!!!

After being out of a job for a while and not getting any calls back for interview I was excited when I finally got a call. However, when looking at the number I remembered seeing the phone number somewhere, so I googled the number and got this site. Thanks to this I will not be calling Mrs. Holder back.

The message I got was "My name is Mrs. Holder in the Human Resources Office at AIL. I got your resume off of Monster.com. Please give me a call at 248-283-5388 Extension 112". Typically, an HR person will try to reach me on my cell phone number after leaving a message at my home. It could be that they are not doing this to keep their number off of the caller ID that all cell phones have now.

Mrs. Holder asked me to bring 4 references to the interview, 2 from work and 2 from friends.  Also bring an update resume and dress in business attire.  901 Tower Dr Suite 100, Troy, MI

I got a call to call back a Mrs. Holder also. She said she seen my resume on Career Builder. I went on the internet to look up the company and came across this. Luckily I found this so thanks everyone for letting me know.

I talked to Ms. Holder today.  I am looking to relocate to the metro Detroit area and was excited that I finally got a bite about a job.  She set up an interview for Wednesday (2 days from now, which is kind of suspicious) But, boy am I glad I came across this site.  I was about to drive 600 miles roundtrip and miss work for this.  I'm going to definitely call back and cancel.

I received my call on Monday, July 20 at 9:00 a.m. from

Kelly Irwin.  My resume at been given to her by a Mr. Green that found my resume on Monster and was interested in interviewing me. Would I be available on Wdnesday July 22 at 10:30 a.m. for an interview, seeing my background in accounting, asked if I was willing to chamge careers?  Looking for a job I said okay. They were hiring because they were expanding their business because of recent sucess.I was asked why I left my last job I told her,very gladly now, I quit because of unethical pactices.I sure hope that remark hit home.  In today's economy, especially in Michigan, their pretensions are unethical.  Watch out for AMERICAN LIFE I hope they are not scamming people on their life policies!!!

They called me today. Mrs ward said she was handed my Resume. then started asking about my last job. She also asked me what do i consider my strong areas. As the convo went on, she never would tell me what the company really does. then I popped the question. She still beat around the bush. Then i said does it consist of sales. She answered yes. I told her that probally wouldn't be the job for me. She hurried off the phone. There was just something about the lady that tipped me off.

It's definitely a scam.  I also recieved an emai from them about interviewing for a Management position and it said they needed me to call them because my number was not on my resume and that it did not show up, which is a lie, because all my contact information is on there.  If they could get my email then surely my number would have been on the resume too. IT'S A SCAM for sure!! Stupid people wasting time and giving false hope to people during this recession!!

Hey everyone. I just got a call this morning from the same agency. AIL she said.  She even gave me her first name. Sarah. She wanted me to meet up with Mr. Ellison for an interview tommorow in Troy. Well, after reading everyone's details, I'm not going for sure. Thanks. I don't want to be wasting my time either.

Mrs. Holder is bAck again. Way to take advantage of people when times are tough. Thanks to everyone for posting the information about these low life pieces of crap. Don't fall for it.

Mrs. Holder from the HR department of AIL called me today.  And started a phone interview.  I asked her what her company was because she claimed that she received my resume from her boss.  I have all the companies that I've applied to written down and I was thinking she was one of them.  I told her that I was in the middle of painting windows and I wasn't prepared for a phone interview; could I come in when I'm more prepared.
