Sorry, but you are all assuming this is a bad company.  AIL is a good company.  Oh, yes, you should be on time for a job interview.  This company only hires competent people who want a job and who are willing to do the work to keep a job.  Mature people only.  People who want to make an income. You have to put time and energy into keeping a job, any job.

Just got a message telling me that my resume was found on Career Builder and I am the type of person they are looking for.  They gave a 503 phone number that I didn't get all of it, but the end of it is 2928.  Sounds like it is the same as all the others, so thought I would post this and let you know.  Good luck with find a job everyone, been out of work and looking for 5 years now.

I received a call from phone number 248-677-1281, the Rumbuc Agency from someone named Malissa.  She stated she got my resume off Monster.com and that they have openings at their Troy location.   I am definitely not interested.

I got a call from that same person in madison heights. They called me on friday and I called back and left a message cause I couldn;t even understand where she was calling from, how is it a scam? I AM out of a job and need one but I just left an insurance agency and did not want to go into another one. So, I shouldn't call her back then?

I got a call from phone #248-677-1281 Melissa with Rumbuc Agency , regarding my resume on monster.com in their troy location. at 8am this morning...  :/ I'm glad I looked this number up and the company and found out it's a scam though cause I really need a job and am trying to get whatever Ican.

Got several calls from Melissa at the Rumbuc agency. She called from 248-270-9591.  I returned her call several times and was finally able to speak to her today.  She informed me she found my resume on Career Builder and once I realized that it was not a job that i applied for I asked her what was it that her company does and she cut me off and began asking me questions.  When I stopped her and repeated my qustion she cut me off again by saying good luck with your search.  She was VERY rude! I should have known that this was a crock of sh*t since every time she called me I could tell she was reading from a cue card. So sad.

Its a straight commision SH#T company, can't believe places like this thrive off of the unemployed..stay away.

I received 7 calls in the past two days from this number along with 248-270-9592 -Lala and 248-257-8110-Gina, they are all from American Income/Rumbuk Group in Troy. It is all a scam! They tell you that they are calling about your resume, but it's a sales group! There is no job!

I've gotten several messages left on my voice mail from Amy with Rumbuc Agency who said she found my resume on Monster.  Interested in interviewing me for a position in their company.  I had already found a job but thought I'd call back anyway.  When I told her I was currently employed but interested in what she may have to offer, she said "there's really no point in going further."  I told her to never call my number again then & hung up the phone.  Biotch.

got a call from a lady today. her name is melissa.
its a [***] job straight commission and the lady was a total [***]. She treated me like I was some kind of desperate unemployed person that should drop everything to come to some half ass interview to sell your wares stupid union benfits...kiss my ass.

I just got a call this morning at 248-283-5388 from an ALAN at this number saying it was some sort of Hart corporation company with a position that does benefits for UAW etc... He got off the phone fast when I started asking questions and scheduled me for an interview with a ZACK HART at 8:30am... I will NOT be going tot his interview.. I dont have the patience for BS... Thank you everyone for your feedback!

Received call from Winona.  Very vague about  a position in Benefits dept.  I already attended a meeting there, Tower Drive, Troy.  The job offerings are suspicious, misleading, sounds criminal. I questioned her relentless on this is a selling position.  She insisted I come in.  I already been there, done that and NOT INTERESTED due to previous experience with them.
