I keep getting unsolicited phone calls from this number.  Checked it out on the internet [800notes.com] and sure enough, lots of others were complaining about this number.  From the other responses, the perpetrators appear to be conducting some kind of loan refinancing scheme from Washington State.  

I just let the call run, as no name shows up on the phone ID, only "Cust Svc".  When nobody picks up,  there's never a message left.  It's apparent that the callers don't want to leave a message but want to talk to a live sucker.   The calls are at best an intrusion into my privacy, but they're not being made solely for that purpose; there has to be easy money involved.

I don't have any loans to refinance, so this company either has an old calling list or it's robo-calling every Tom, Dick and Henry in the country looking for marks.

Why don't the State and Federal Governments authorize law firms to go after these outfits; the law firms could keep half or more of whatever they wring out of these outfits for class-action fraud and harassment  as far as I'm concerned.

This is a security alarm company who is abusing the do not call llist

Caller ID showed Customer Support.  This was a recorded message for a home security system. Wanted me to place a sign in my front yard advertising their product in exchange for a free or discounted security system. Had the option of pressing 1 if interested or 9 to be removed from their list.  I've had calls from them in the past, so pressing 9 obviously does no good.  Caller ID showed Customer Support.

Recieve calls from these people at least once a week. I have pressed 9 to have me put on their do not call list. Talked to representative today hen they called, I asked about why their do not call list does not work. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor. My call was then terminated. I am contacting Washington Attorney General.

I received a call from this number at 2:20 p.m.  Caller ID said Customer Support.  I never answer any calls from people I do not know.  I have compiled a listing of over 120 telephone numbers from these types of calls that violate the Do Not Call list, so it is absolutely meaningless to be on it.

I answered the phone ready to tell 'em off and have me taken off their call list.
Some auto-dailer for a Security company (unnamed).  We'll give you a 'free' security system' for your home
if you let us put a sign in your yard.  Right!..  There was an option to press '9' to be removed from their list, so I pressed '9'.

Have gotten numerous calls from this number, they go to my voicemail but I only get a partial message.  I just called them back and there is a recording, if you press "1" they will put you on a do-not-call list.  I hope this will work, as I am also on the National Do Not Call List, and it certainly hasn't worked for me.

they've called us several dozen times in the last few weeks: when we got back from a week-long vacation we had 19 blank messages from them on our answering machine. that's ridiculous.

when dad actually answers the phone, they're trying to sell some kind of security system BS.

I've decided that do not call list is a total waste.

I''m going to start reporting all these calls to my congressman and senator. In my report I'll explain I've been the do not call list since it was created. But that the FCC and FTC are absolutely useless, which makes the do not call list useless and demand congressional action.

I think that if everyone who is posting on here does the same that maybe Congress will demand the FCC and FTC get off their collective [***] and enforce the law.

Total scammers. They called and we called them back and some dude answered....and hung up right away...then we called back again and got the recording. Of course they are on the do not call list and the way to get them is for anyone who gets a call from them, to report them to the FTC...and then let them fine them...losers scammers

I got a call and didn't answer the phone.

Call and hang up (ID says "Customer Support" .  Baloney of course.
