The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I have gotten repeated calls from this number even after supposedly adding my number to their do not call list. My phone number is on the federal DO NOT CALL LIST and has been for years. Several calls have been for a home security system.

I have been waiting for a call because my future family member is in the hospital. This 253-382-9083 number keeps calling and hanging up. Someone needs to Arrest this type of calls..

Alleged security system. I never answer, they always leave voice message which is freaking annoying because there's no way to avoid that and no way to "opt out" (which is probably a bogus option, too).

Your obviously a VOIP salesperson or you wouldn't have given the yearly fee.

Shows on Caller ID as "Customer Support."  Must be selling burglar alarns as recording began that the  "FBI warns of break-ins, etc.  (At which point I hung up)  Reading other complaints here, it would seem that the caller also represents other products.  I always enter complaints on www.donotcall.com but that really accomplishes nothing.   I like one of the previous complainers who suggests emailing our Congressmen.  Perhaps if the evening news would perform a service by suggesting we do just that, and enough of us do, our Washington representatives might actually get off their duffs and take some action and peace would be restored to our homes.

Somehow I've been getting a stream of these scum calls. Some hang up a second after I pick up. Some claim they are doing "a survey."

called again but this time left message about "installing a system"

I get regular calls from this number.  Seems there's no way to stop them, short of getting rid of my phone.

"Customer Support" called and said FBI reported a rash of break-ins in your neighborhood and wanted to install security for free.  This is the 5th call I have received from this outfit and keep pressing '9' to be removed from their calling list.  Guess that ain't gonna happen!  I guess I will have to complain to the FCC.

It had a pre-recorded message at the beginning that stated something about the FBI reporting numerous break-ins.  It said you can get a free security system with a sign in your yard installed for free if I'd let them.  I had the option of pressing 9 to be added to their Do Not Call list. (Please note, this is just like the calls that offer you a lower interest rate on your credit cards. ;)) So, I pressed 1 "to hear more".  When the little fellow answered, he said "My name is Josh, can I have your first name." I responded - quickly before he could hang up, "No, I'm on the Do Not Call registry, and you're violating my rights." Then he hung up.
