On the Do Not Call List but still got call from 303-280-8689; answered and no one responded to my six reiterations of "hello". Who are these people? Why are they calling us if we're on the registry and also WHY are they hanging up on seemingly everyone?!

2 calls today I'm on the national do not call list. When answered no response.

I received a call from this number at 5:30pm on Dec 19, 2007. I am in area code 214. I answered the call - no one was there, so I hung up.

We did recently receive a Verizon yellow pages directory.  It was in spanish and covered two suburban cities that are 10 miles from here.  It was double worthless and went right into the trash. This is the second time that Verizon has left a spanish directory.  If you are advertising with Verizon yellow pages you are wasting your money.

I called the (303) 920-8591 and after some time in the voice mail system actually spoke to an "administative assistent" - once.  They sent me to voicemail.  Subsequent calls result in a silent, open line.

I got to the "Administrative assistant" again.  
She gave me this name and number to call to get the call/hangups stopped:

Why hang up after the phone is answered?  This is a nuisance

As all of the other people here I'm receiving calls from this company about a survey then asked to leave a message. I am on the do not call list and have found that many companies are trying to get around the law to make contact-even changing their caller id information to a different number and name is legal, there is a company that does this service. Congress is trying to decide whether this should be allowed or not!...How could they even question the validity?

Sounded like a machine, no humans in background. I'm on Do Not Call List.

FYI, http://www.teampdc.com/main/default.aspx explicitly lists telemarketing as its job, along with door-to-door solicitation, innundating new move-ins, target marketing, and data management.

I leave it to law enforcement and judiciary to interpret the law, but the shill claims from PDC above are bad business sense. Making a nuisance of yourself, claiming to not be a telemarketer while referring to your own web site that says you ARE a telemarketer, and claiming explicitly to be above the law is a good way to bring the wrath of the internet upon yourself.

Name on caller id was not verizon as person on phone said it was. This is a violation of my do not call rights.

Received call from 303 280 8689 on  1/14/08 @1:28 pm and promptly hung up as soon as I picked up.  Am active on the "Do Not Call" list.

They called and hung up the second I answered. I called the corporate office and was on hold for about 15 minutes and she finally took my information and the number that had called me. She stated that is a service check number for telephone directories but that they shouldnt be calling and hanging up. I doubt they will resolve this. They should be reported to BBB.

Received a call from this number.  They hung up immediately.
Very annoying...especially after I read the 6 pages of complaints already on here.  They need to be stopped.

got a call from this number, caller only replied after i said "hello?" like ten times...

caller explained that he was P. DIDDY and that he had a BARGAIN for me.

Please give us your mailing address for a possible Class Action Lawsuit against your company.  Your Company has cost me and Millions of Americans money, by your calls to our "pay as you go" Cell phones.   We are on the "Do Not Call List" for a reason. We do not want Phone calls. We do not want to pay for phone calls made by your company. Time is money. And you have cost us time with your Rationalization that because you are not selling anything, that you can call us anytime you want. We believe our Time is worth $500 per phone call. Thank God we live in a Country with a Constitutional right to bear arms against Oppression. Otherwise Companies like yours, will think the bribes you paid to Lawmakers, Politicians and Lobbyist, will have you believing that you run the Country.  It's not about me wasting my time to send you my phone number and having me removed from your calling List. It's is about you paying me $500 every time you call me and your fellow Americans. Please post your legal Address so that people can file Small Claims Lawsuit against your company, for the money lost, on Time and cell phone charges. I got a call yesterday by another company that said they were doing a survey and I called back to have my number removed from their calling list. They simply sold or gave my number to this company. We need to take action now. Now is the time for revolution. I do not believe in was a coincidence that this company called  me the day after I was removed from the other companies survey list. If they do not respond to my E-mail I will be Hiring a private investigator to find out who these people are for a Class Action Lawsuit.
