Did not pick up, but had a refrigerator delivered from Sears the day before.  Agree with previous posts it would be courteous if they identified themselves as "Sears".

We've gotten the call seven times in the last two days. Every time we answer, they disconnect... We tried to remove our name and number from the call list at their website, but the link is broken...

This is from Sears. I just bought a refrigerator from them; but I don't know why they are calling since I did the on-line survey. If I want something, I'LL CALL THEM!!

Just had my Craftsman mower in for service so it makes sense that it would be a Sears satisfaction survey. Disappointing that they don't leave a message, as I don't answer numbers not in my address book and no message is usually a sure sign it's a scammer. I'd like to offer a good survey response as they did a great job and didn't charge me a thing, admitting it was factory assembled improperly, but this is not the way to get any response from me.

I've received a call from Sears twice Thursday and once so far today. I let my answering machine pick it up. Their Repairman was here Wednesday to repair my Refrigerator (Replace the ice maker) 40 days after I first called them. I hope they send me a survey form to submit, They will not like what I have to say about their lousy repair service, their Schedulers, not their repairmen who does the work.

Had two hang ups from this number in as many days.

Every so often I get the beginnings of an automated survey that repeats the same question over & over on my answering machine. From Googling, I see it's Sears - BUT - I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONTACT with Sears Service in probably 2 years. I can't even REMEMBER for sure when I bought my stove at The Great Indoors! Haven't bought anything at ALL at Sears (even a shirt) in 8 months.  Haven't bought ANY appliance ANYWHERE in at least 8 months.

I'm surprised at the complaints about long waits. I didn't have that problem. However, $180 charge to explain the problem with my washing machine??? Are they kidding me?? Never mind the half hour in the baking sun waiting for the credit card charge to go through. They suck. Calling and not leaving a message....I guess they could have hid behind "private", "unknown", or anything that hides their number. Wait until they call again. I have a few choice nuggets for them!

I picked up and said "hello".  I waited for someone to respond.  No response.  I said "hello" again.  No response and then I received the sound of a disconnect.  Sounded like robo call to me.  Very irritating.  Like most, we purchased a new refer from Sears and had it delivered 2 days ago.  The delivery person said to load it up (with food) as it was ready to go.  Glad we didn't as we later found the temp. in the refer and freezer to be eighty degrees F and the compressor was leaking oil.  

I'm ready for some kind of survey.  Maybe the effort should go into improving product and educating eimployees.

Repeated calls with no message left.  I did have a Sears service call; so that is probably who it is.  Everyone should complain directly to Sears at 1-800-549-4505, or via the web at http://www.sears.com/shc/s/nb_10153_12608_NB_CSeMail?adCell=W3

they continue to call none stop,the more you respond the more numbers will call you,the advice of ignore these calls is correct and let your friends and family know too.And report these suckers!

Hi, I got a call from this number and it turned out to be Sears customer satisfaction survey.  They had just fixed my washer and did a great job in a timely manner.

IL, USA. This is my private, unlisted phone no. I only gave to allow Sears PMA agent to reach me for scheduled appt.  I no longer answer my land line for this very reason, unwanted calls!

I'm getting calls from this number multiple times a week and never given the option during the call to no longer receive this survey. This needs to stop.
