Reading the notes on this page, it was Sears calling about the delivery of a bed.  We were happy with the delivery.

Yes, it would seem this is a customer service call, Sears was here Friday. I don't mind the survey, the tech wages are based on them, so if they did a good job and were nice and courteous, I let them know.

They have called me like three times.  But every time I answer, they disconnect!!  I do not mind surveys for sure (think of the bottom person who helped you) but do not call and disconnect once I answer!

Sears........this isn't the way to do business. Please remove my number from your call list! It's my CELL PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had Sears at my house on a warranty service call three days ago, so that's probably who called. The thing is, while I didn't answer today, I did yesterday and completed the automated survey, so why are they calling again?

Stop calling!!!! Maybe I should contact shame on you. Perhaps that will
help us all.

I confirmed that this is sears customer satisfaction survey. I picked up the call and said hello twice as I guessed the call was voice activated. There are about 5 questions rating from 1 to 5. You just press the number keys to reply.

BTW, I guess this number is auto-dialing and auto-answering system. So if you don't pick up, it won't leave messages as there is no live person on the other end. It keeps dialing as it is auto-dialing I guess until either you pick up or reach the dialing limit.

I just got a call from this number and ignored it, area code unfamiliar, figured if it was important they would leave a message.  No message so it wasn't important.  I just had a Sears delivery Friday so that seems in line with the thoughts on the calls.  I paid Sears plenty for this item and if I have a problem I'll let them know and they can base my satisfaction on that, I will certainly let them know if I am dissatisfied.

I got a call from this number and since I didn't recognize it I looked it up on the Internet.  And found out that it was a Sears Survey so I saved the number and added "DONT ANSWR Sears" as the name.  If they call again (which they will) I don't have a problem hitting my mute ring button whenever I see a "Don't Answer" caller ID.  Basically if you want to call me you'll have to leave a message and if I know you, I'll call you back otherwise don't waste your time or mine.

Most cell phones now have a Reject List option. This will automatically stop the call from ringing your phone. Some phones even have the option to stop the number from leaving a voice mail. But if you're on a land-line, I'm not sure that there is anything you can do.

I had a new TV delivered by Sears early last week.  Today I started receiving those annoying robo-calls and every time I answer the call the line disconnects.  Boy is this frustrating.  I went to the Sears service web page and filed a complaint and asked them to remove my phone number from their call list.  We'll see if this helps or not...

Each time I've made a purchase at Sear I have gotten a bunch of phone calls for a survey from Sears, and other calls from companies I don't know and each time I've told Sears not to give out my phone number at the time of my purchase but they did. So I just don't answer the calls. I don't have voice mail so the phone ring up to 20 rings when they call.

Put your phone on the do not call registry. Then report this number. I have had to report a lot of these scams/telemarket/whatever. This usually stops them cold.

Sears survey to see if we were happy about delivery - they were at our house on Monday. Happens everytime we get something from Sears.

I am very hard of hearing, a senior, and do not appreciate receiving calls I cannot hear and they are usually surveys or telemarketing and I told this woman to speak louder and I still could not hear her.  I am on the DO NOT CALL register but continually receive annoying calls.  I report them but they continue.
