I've received two of these calls (so far) on my cell phone today. First time I was too busy to check it out. After the second one I went to get on this sight and saw a warning from police in New York. (This call shows it's coming from Buffalo, NY although it could be from anywhere in the world.)  They say it's another IRS scam where they are even threatening victims if they are not wired money or paid with a prepaid debit card. The police in NY say to call your local police dept. if you receive one of these calls. Not sure the police will/can do anything. Heck, here in Vegas they even stopped responding to minor car accidents!  I just don't answer either one of my phones until I know who's on the line. And add all unknown numbers to my cell phones "reject list".

Call hang up at 455 pm PDT today -- had one on 080715 and 081915.  Please use common sense -- do not interact with these scammers.  They sell your number then as a working one and make money that way.  Then they can call even more people, including you, nonstop.  You think you are entertaining yourself and getting even with them, you are not.  It makes the robo calls continue even more.  Remind the elderly and impaired not to pick up the phone, listen to the answering machine, they will hang up 99 percent of the time.  If they do not have an answering machine, get them one.  Keep them safe; they are being ripped off of millions nonstop every month.  Common sense has to prevail.  Crooks do not abide by laws do they? And report to FCC.  This number has been around too long -- unless you report to them they can't zero in on them.

Just received my second call from this number. First time I did not answer. This time I did, sounded like a typical telemarketer spiel, so I interrupted with "This # is on the Do Not Call list"- she replied "F*%k You" and hung up. Nice.

Keep getting calls from 315-665-5113.   3 in one day. Never leave message.   When I answer it has to do with my computer.  What do I do to stop them?   It is on my cell phone also.

I am on the no calls list how the F do they get our numbers? Get rid of them!!!

None stop, 3-5 calls a day, I never answer and they don't leave a VM

Today we received a call from this number, he was introduced himself as simcotton  from windows technical support team .He was telling my computer had been affected by malware programs and asking to open computer and windows , i  told him am not using any computer and asked him few things about computer , he was very reluctant to provide answers and hangup call.

Just because you are on the DNC list (do not call), the people running these sorts of scam just load telephone numbers into the auto dialer. The numbers are NOT screened, as required by law. Every time you answer, the robo dialer is programmed to add your telephone number to the call back list. If everyone would just stop answering, your telephone number will fade away. But to those who feel they are that important that they have to answer every call, then you are asking for the repeated calls. Real simple, caller ID. Don't recognize the number, DON'T answer!

I got a call from this number saying they were calling about my computer.  I told them I didn't have one (which I do) and he said I LOVE U!!  What the f#%*!!  I told the guy he was a creepy!!  They called again today and I answered but said nothing!!  BLOCKED!!

this number calls constantly.  Today pretended to be from windows techincal dept.  Hung up when I noted that I had no windows computers.  seems to be a scam

Called 3 times within an hour. My caller ID showed this phone number: 315-665-5113, with no name. I NEVER pick up a call with no name. And it's definitely not my family's number!

This caller calls and don't leave any messages. Have gotten 3 calls in after day from this number.

Very persistent, tried to call my cell at least 8-10 times.  Didn't answer for obvious reasons, but tempted to answer to pretend to be interested and talk for 15 mins to pull their legs!

Reported this number to FCC. We are on DNC list and they keep calling to access our computer. HAH! Losers!

no response when I answered - which apparently was a blessing.

Called a few minutes ago. True Caller immediately alerted "telemarketer". I answered and he said he was calling from Windows and that I have a malicious virus sending them alerts on my computer. I went along for a few minutes, and then said I have an Apple computer...he hung up immediately. Waste my time, I'll waste theirs.

guy calls about every other day, hardly speaks English but wants to talk about a problem with my computer. getting tired of the calls had call blocker but they still get through.
