Yup! It was my turn today.  Same Windows guy telling me to hurry to my computer.  Told him he was calling the FBI tracking call center.  Then he hung up!  Wonder why?????

Got a call from this number, tons of background noise, had trouble understanding, but the guy said that my computer had malware and that he was calling because every computer sold was reported to his agency. I asked him how he got my number and he said the report from my purchase. I asked him where I bought my computer and he said Best Buy. I bought mine from Dell. Definitely a scammer, DONT LISTEN TO THEM, REPORT THEM! THIS IS A SCAM!

if you have recently surfed pornography on the internet without security protection they call you telling you your computer is infected with a dangerous virus claiming to be representatives from Windows. Get anti-virus protection or a new computer.

Received a call on my mobile phone today at 11:28  AM.  Did not recognize the number, so did not answer.  Caller did not leave a message.

Just got two calls from the same number today. I didn't pick up though. Calls me every now and then these past two months

Called today - said he was  from windows support and wanted to speak to me about my computer. this is a well know scam where they claim your computer is broadcasting malware onto the internet. Then they try and get you credit card numbers or prompt you to download a virus.
I get these now and then. today i told them i did not have a computer. This caused him to pause and then hang up. You can try speaking in a high "old person voice" and say things like "Sonny, I am 90 years old and I have no use for these gadgets".  The list of call types below needs to include "Illegal Scam" in the list.

called said something was wrong with my computer I said I don't own a computer  he hung up on me

I have received 45 calls from this number in the past month. While i believe it is different people calling, they always have the same purpose for calling. They state they are calling on behalf of Windows IT services. They state the 'know' something is wrong with my computer and try to sell me computer services. I am on the 'do not call' list and have repeatedly told them this and requested that they stop calling. They keep calling. Recently I've started asking them for more information about their company, their supervisor, etc.. They hang up on me when I do that, but they keep calling. I strongly believe it is fraud and just want them to stop calling me. Any ideas on how to make that happen?

He told me he knew my computer was having issues i told him i knw he's full of [***] ! He laughed told me ya and hung up!

Answered and could hear lots of "telemarketer" commotion in the background. I said hello, and he paused, so I said hello again. I could barely understand him and could only hear that "this was the second time they tried contacting me regarding my computer"...I'll be adding to my blocked number list! Unfortunately I am sure that blocking certain numbers won't make a difference since they typically spoof numbers from anywhere. So I just wont be answering any numbers I don't know...

Got a call from these clowns also.  I know people like this are up to no good!
