I just got my 1st call from this "phake windows tech guy telling me "they're getting a lot of error messages from my computer."
I said,  "COOL!!!! IT WORKS!!! "  and hung up.

Call came in thick India voice... blocked !!!! damn scammers trying to rob you blind! Oh not a prank call is a SCAM done by felons committing a FELON! the call type box needs to be updated on here. Times have changed and rip offs and felons stealing info and bank accounts. 1-800 needs to get with the times and improve the call type section!

Received several calls from this number in the last couple days on my cell. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

Keep getting calls from this number and have told them repeatedly to remove me from their list.

These jerks keep calling my cell phone and I can't get rid of them. They also call my home phone after being told not to.

And, they won't. These are cybercriminals, wanting to get control of your computer. Contact your telecommunications provider for assistance in blocking the calls or invest in a call blocking device.

[***] just called me speaking spanish. Told him to eat a D^&* out of his mother's A$%. Wouldnt bother blocking the number, it is spoofed anyways.

I had received a call from this number stating they were with Window's support and there was an issue with my computer. As soon as I started questioning it they hung up on me.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone. My phone was ringing from the other end of the house but it went into missed call so I checked my missed call and this number came up with no name. I don't know how they got my phone number because I only give my number to close friends and family. I have received telephone calls on my landline phone concerning my computer which is  working just fine and I shared that with them and asked them to stop calling my home. They used a different number when they called my landline phone. These people need to stop as this is getting irritating to lots of people.

I'd been called by this number many times in the past.  I know they are using a computer to call numbers and if a person doesn't pick up they will simply call again.  A computer does the calling so when you answer - then a person gets on the line.  If they don't have a person available they hang up and will call you back later.

To get rid of this nag calling I finally answered and when a person came on the line she had a foreign accent.  I couldn't tell what she wanted because of her accent.  When she stopped I said I wanted to be put on the No Call List.  She snapped back in a hostile voice that I shouldn't want to be on the no call list because she had something that I wanted but I couldn't tell because of her accent.  When I said she was violating the law by ignoring my request to be the no call list - she hung up.

I'll see if I get any more calls from this number.  I wouldn't be surprised if I do.  If I do I'll report them to the Federal Trade Commission which handles the Do Not Call list.  Maybe the FTC can shut the number down and refer it for prosecution.  There have been class actions by people are harassed by repeated phone calls.

Just got a call from this number. Same thing - MSFT technician, heavy Indian accent. I asked him his name and asked him what company he works for - he stumbled a bit and said Microsoft and his name was Rafael Jones...imagine that. He wanted me to run something from the Command Prompt which would then give them access to my computer. I told them I was going to report the call.

Keeps calling my land line. I don't pick up if I don't recognize the number. Am on a Do Not Call list but nothing stops these people.

I got a call from a scammer with a thick Indian accent telling something about my computer, too hard to understand exactly what he said. I told him "Really? I don't have a computer!" That really hung him up. He said well it's your laptop. Lol. What morons. Number is blocked now.

I got a call from a thickly accented eastern indian saying something about windows and computer, so I thought call center for computer problems.  I had a hard time understanding him.  Rafia was told that he got the wrong phone number.   After he started to talk about sex with me, I played along, wondering how dirty he would get.  I knew relatively early on in the call in was a prank or scam or telemarketer.  I ended up telling him to rub one out and have a nice evening.  I think we should totally mess with these peoples heads and say crazy stuff to them until they hang up.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone two different times now.  They don't leave a message.

I receive at least one phone call per day from this # in New York for the past several weeks - I have always declined the call, but I'm getting sick of it!

Called and said he was from windows  and said I had contacted him. Had a very heavy ethnic accent. I told him he was a scammer and that my son works for Microsoft and if he called again that I would report him. He then started telling me he loves me and my sex voice. HANG UP... do not give info to these creeps. Add the number to your blocked list...

Also received a call. The guy was really rude, and I just told him I didn't have a computer to see what he would say. He said "Then why are you wasting my time?" and hung up. Like, dude... you called me and totally just gave away your scam.
