Are you serious right now? replies to Satisfied Debt Payer
Satisfied Debt Payer lmao. Said no one ever. Wow I'm so happy to pay a bunch of money to a company that is gouging prices in the first place. I love being screwed over and making someone else richer while I barely make it by. This definitely wasn't a fake account made by the company or possibly even the employee or employees that are being complained about. If you happen to actually be a business owner, maybe step out of your little bubble and look around. Your experience isn't everyone's experience. A lot of people don't have the ability to "work it out" as you so eloquently put it. The people that call to collect debts are usually paid more on collecting more, not on time spent, so they are very aggressive and it's not ok. I've done the job, and I've known plenty of others that have. Check your privilege and sit back down.

Its IMC Credit. They took me to court a few years ago for a debt and now they're taking me to court again for another. Paying debt collectors a dollar at a time usually keeps them from disrupting you with daily phone calls. You could just block the number if you don't owe enough to be taken to court but debts grow like weeds

Can't drain blood from a rock. They already reported the non-payment to the credit bureau. It will roll off in 5-7 years. If you can not afford the bill just let it go. Being a cxr survivor myself this is not worth the added stress. I pray that you can find peace.

Obvious you work for the company and as far as being professional because they handle a persons medical information......The caller does not have medical information. They have the amount the suppose you owe and who you may owe it to. The company these people are concerned about is nothing more than a second hand call center that the medical collections for the Dr or Clinic cannot collect so they turn it over as a last ditch effort to a collection agency such as IMC that do hire ex con's to make 10 dollar an hour calls.

I recieved so many  calls from this number with no messages that I blocked it on my phone.  Whomever still calls at least once a day but I am not longer anoyed about it since I never hear it.  I am not sure you can do this in all states but in this state all you have to do is tell them to not call you again on any number.  That will help  protect your employment and privacy since they will have to use the mail system to contact you.

Only 5 states have laws that supersede the FDCPA.  The ways to stop a debt collector from calling is clearly defined in that statute.  Maybe you should read it sometime?

It appears that these crooks have merged and been sold a few times and now have multiple locations so I will need to update the report on them.

I moved to the 317 area code a decade ago but kept my CA #, so all we years I've been harassed by scammers thinking I'd answer just because they use my own area code...  They almost got me using 317!  LOL!   They must be hacking phone lists from Kroger now?   *eye roll*

BigA...  How many folks even have a clue what that slew of initials you rattled off there is, let alone 'should read it sometime'?!   Wasn't it enough to impress everyone with your wealth of knowledge over us peons?  Was acting like you're trolling Facebook here really necessary?   :/
How about explaining WHAT that stands for to HELP people instead???
    *shrug*

Amazingly, there is a very easy way for people to find out answers today.  I am surprised that you have never heard of it.  It is called the internet.  The internet today has things called search engines (names of some of them are Yahoo, Bing, Google, etc.).  You put the term FDCPA into the search engine and it takes you right to what is known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Isn't that amazing?  What will they think of next?  Now, if people like you would not be so lazy you could find out lots and lots of answers to problems instead of asking everyone else to find out the answers for you and then spoon feed it to you in small parts while explaining every little thing to you.
Oh, and the only one I see troll anyone here is you.  Have a nice day!
