This is a scam people, ive had it run on me and it continues to come back full circle DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONES! It's people trying to get money out of you, CALL THE POLICE if they keep harassing you!

So, I get this message but the first several seconds from what sounds like a man's voicew is completely distorted and choppy. I have NO idea what "he" is saying. Then, the message goes on in a woman's voice, "This call is for 'insert name'. If this is not 'insert name' please blah, blah, blah..... What ev. Back to my dinner dishes..... buh bye

You're the person calling....nobody would take the time to reply, but the person and/or company making the calls.....   'Satisfied Debt Payer' LOL

I believe we have a winner here!  You work for the company don't you?  You really make me laugh.  I have had nothing but rude and obnoxious representatives call me and I've been paying on my bill, they simply want more each month and I can't do it so they get even more obnoxious and call even more and odd hours of the day and night.  I would say your are also for Obamacare aren't you?  I do have to say though, this did make me laugh!

Rude obnoxious and very unprofessional.  I will not be sending any more money to this company. I am sending my payment directly to my debtor.  I will not, I repeat, WILL NOT, BE TREATED LIKE THIS BY ANYONE.  They all need to lose their jobs.  I have been paying to them, but they don't think enough. TOO BAD, they get nothing now.  I have sent them Registered letters on cease and desist and they continue to call, i have forwarded all this information to the Attorney Generals office as they have requested I do.  According to the AG, I am not the only person that has reported this company.  Everyone needs to report them, maybe then something will be done.

first of all, i find it hard to believe that many people are all complaining about "nikki" and have said the same things... and they are all making it up??? get real. i have no debt and i get calls from this number every other day. no messages, just phone calls. i agree with everyone else... you are probably one of the callers. like you said, they dont care that much about other people's bills, because if they did care about the bill or the AMAZING company they work for in any way they would be a little bit nicer to people and probably leave messages when they call.

I tried to work out my debt with them by setting up payment arrangements and you know what I got told. No we are garnishing your wages. Isn't that against the law..which leads me to believe that IMC is a scam. Any debt collector knows it's better to make arrangements to recieve the debt then pay court costs to take someone to court. A+ on the rudeness as well. Another sign it's a scam..they want money and they want to seem threatening so that people who are already struggling to make ends meet are ripped off. Sorry but paying my mortgage so that my kids have a roof over their heads is more important to me! Good luck in fighting a single mom for money...raising two children on her own!

Keep getting automated calls that say "Don't hang up. It is very important that we speak with you." Then they put me on hold. I eventually hang up.
I finally contacted them today and it is IMC Credit Services. They were calling for the people I bought this house from over 24 years ago. These people are idiots!

My mom says Mike Manson has been calling for me all day. When I was home for this latest call, I asked this person repeatedly who they are and what they want, and got only evasive answers after getting the name Mike Manson.
I said "I'm not handing the phone to (my name) until you tell me who you are and what you want."
Mike's response?
"OH WHAT ARE YOU BEING SO PARANOID FOR, I" at which point I cut him off with "goodbye" and hung up on him.

they are unlawfully calling you if they are not identifying themselves as a debt collector.  please take the extra step in reporting this to the state attorney general's office.  if they were legitimate they legally have to notify you of why they are calling

I work for an atourney's office and we are debt collectors. I know that lawfully they are doing things wrong. I know they have to let us know they are debt collectors and what and why they are collecting. I have also recieved calls in the middle of the day usually from this numbewheni am at work. I never get a message from anyone. They usually only call once or twice a month. But i do not answer calls from numbers i dont know especially while im in the middle of my work day.. so if they want me to call them back they need to leave a message and tell me why they are calling and who they are.

Hmmm so you work for an "atourney's" office but you don't know how to spell "attorney"?

I am so very pleased that you posted this, because what you said pretty much sums up how I feel!  I love it!

Also, these C.O.D., (Creatures of Darkness), are calling my cell-phone and, for some reason just seem to want to keep me on hold.  When I have actually gotten a C.O.D. to verbalize they are rude, at best, and do not want to tell me who they are; what they want; or provide me with a printed copy of the alleged debt.  They have given numerous names, but I do not remember all of them.  To me, they are simply C.O.D.'s.  I do not know how they got my cell-phone number, nor do I truly care, but I will have my son adjust the setting on my cell-phone so they cannot call me again!  

The alleged debt is suppose to be with a store that I had a charge card with.  I received a temporary card and used it one time.  I received the first statement; cancelled the account before I even got the actual card; and paid the amount owed.  All this happened in February of 2008.  The alleged amount has grown to well over $600 and some odd dollars!  The original amount charged and paid was less than $65.00!  What the heck?  

If in fact the debt was legit, then why are they not providing a printed copy of the alleged debt?  Do they honestly believe people are going to give out personal information on the telephone, to someone they do not know?  I would hope the majority of people will not, but know there are some who will fall for this.  

What can be done to stop these C.O.D.'s from pulling this type of garbage?

i am getting call from this number and wish to receive no more
