They left messages with my husband and daighter threatening. Not cool.

We have had numberous phone calls from this number asking for someone name last name Henry  This has been our number since moving to Indiana in 2011.  It is the home of an elderly couple.  There has never been anyone named Carol Henry at this address and we have repeatedly requested they remove our number from their files which they have never done.  I would like to have them stop calling.  My husband is ill and our phone is in the farthest part of the home - which means I have to stop whatever I am doing to answer an unwanted phone call.  I want it to STOP

Take my phone number off your files.  I want these calls to stop!!!!  No one by name of Carol Henry has ever lived or been at our home.

I've tried this and most don't stop, they just redouble their efforts. At one point some idiot collector was positive I was Julio. It took a letter from my lawyer threatening legal action to get them to stop. You must be either very bored or very lonely to call someone like this back. Do you have a lot of cats?

We get IMC calls constantly. Number they use: 505-545-8170.  Never have answered. They leave no message.

IMC on caller ID. They call on home and cell almost every day or so. No Message. Even if I answer sometimes no response. Sometimes just telling me to hold for very important message. I do not hold. I want them to stop calling, or let me know who they are and what they want.

They have been calling for months.  I have actually called them back explaining that the person isn't affiliated with my address or phone number.  I have been polite and that is about to end.  How many times does one have to say this?  They don't live here, never have to my knowledge, and this phone number has been mine for nearly 25 years.  I just don't understand why they continue to leave my phone number in the system when I have asked them to remove it numerous times.  I understand they want what's due but it's not my debt.  I don't know whose debt it is but I wish they would find them!

They call me 2-3 times a day. It is aggrevating, but I will not answer their calls. The one time I did, I only got a hollow drum noise, but no person. I don't know them and I currently don't have any outstanding debt. They can call till the cows come, but I am not answering.

i have been contacted by this company - I have asked them to send me what i owe and from who.  These bills turned out not to be mine the lady is rude Debbie.  I will be contacting an attoney.

Josh, this is not true. I work for a collection agency, and if someone tells you not to contact, you cannot contact. Technically it doesn't even have to be in writing. You can tell them over the phone no to contact you. This even applies to governmental debts. It doesn't absolve you of the debt, but it should stop the contact. If it does not, then the agency that is calling you is in violation of TCPA laws and you need to keep record of all their calls and report them.

Tell me Amy why are you replying to a post from 2014? Please tell us why. Did YOU get a collection call? If not, why did you come to a website that helps people identify unknown callers and complain about scammers, to talk about collections and THIS particular telephone number. Are you doing some damage control?
