These dummies called my 11 year old daughter on her prepaid cell phone and told her they had filed a suit on her, you would think they could tell they were talking to a child.

I am receiving a recorded message that a restraining order has been filed against me and to contact an attorney 336-283-0327. How do I make it stop?  I do not have any pending criminal or civil litigation pending against me.

Got call from Global Litigation Group from 336-283-0327. Automated message said I was indicated in a court order legal matter and would have to appear in court. Mentioned my record number beginning with EVYY and said to have my lawyer contact them. I was given an option to be connected to someone and it hung up.

I assume this is a scam or some kind of phishing scam. I reported it here on this site and on the FBI website.

I also received a call from this number, at first when I called back the recording said unable to answer call at this time call back later. I tried agin and a male answered the phone and hung up on me.

Have been receiving calls from this company for the last couple of weeks on my answering machine.  Never get a complete message so I'm not sure if they are actually trying to reach me or not.  Same message as others are reporting, "Litigation filed, Restraining Order, 48 Hours to Respond and Appear".  Will block calls from this number in the future.

Got the call this morning on my work from home number.. Scared me to death!

I get a call today which is a recording telling me that they are Global LItigation Group. The recording states that they have a complaint number  and a restraining against me and that I must appear in court. So being in law enforcement I cannot have any type of issues so I call the number that is left on the message back. A man answers the phone and I give him the complaint number and he sounds like he is typing it in so he tells me that I had an old bill from Discover Card which was included in a bankruptcy right out of college over 15 years ago. I tell him that it was included in a bankruptcy and the account is closed permanently and he instantly hangs the phone up. So I think its a disconnection and I call back  and he answers and when I identify myself and tell him we got disconnected, I couldnt get the sentence out completely before he hung up again. This goes on for about 5-6 minutes. He hangs up every single time.

Just got this call on my phone this morning.  Glad I Googled the # and found this.. Its a scam.. Idiots.. nothing better too do w/their time.

i got a call from this number i wish they find something else to do with their time. better yet get a real job. leave people alone. GOD don't like ugly.

got a recording stating that i am being prosecuted and need to contact my attorney  and forward the recording to him as we are required to appear in court. ?????????????????????

Some type of restraining order against my husband from what I read it's full of [***] and I am gonna not respond to there crap

My wife told me she got a phone call on her cell phone. These fools were looking for me. She ask for more info but they wouldnt give it to her. My wife called them 2x finally got through. They stated to her that Iam a respondant, in a civil matter. order to show cause, restraint order, attorney 24-48 hrs. Global litigation. Thank Jesus that you guys alerted people. I was concerned. I called this number 2x press the numbers and Got " we sorry try back again".

What's going on???

Female voice claims there is litigation against me, gives me a limited amount of time (24 - 48 hours) for myself and my attorney to respond.  A complaint has named me; a restraining order is to be filed against me.  There is a number I'm supposed to call (3362830327) regarding "claim and affidavit number clastcc-j1-1967".  Voice reading numbers doesn't really sound like it's computer generated.

my two kids got a recording from these people left for me and they where freaking out, I called a few time and got an answering machine, i finally got a hold of someone and they said that needed to make payment arrangments with a type of payment debit-credit card or bank account for $200 or they will be taking me to court, Tucson AZ

Received the call you are all talking about. It's from a company called Global Litigation Group, in North Carolina, telephone number 336-283-0327. A recording stating there's some type of litigation filed against me and that there's a restraining order attached to it. The recording gave a file number but when I tried calling back multiple times I was unable to get a person on the phone. It just said the call could not go through at the moment. I google search Global Litigation Group and apparently there is one in California and another in Winston Salem, NC, but other than that, all I found are complaints about these calls. The voice  stated that there is a restraining order and that I or my attorney must call back and are required to appear in court.
It's impossible to get back to this people, since every time I call it says that "your call cannot go through at the moment."
This a serious threat, to be made so lightly.
What are we to do???

They called and left the same message two times finally got a man to answer he was rude to my wife demanding to talk to me the phone hung up two times called back same thing then they said it was about some line of credit from 2009

I have had the same experience over the past two days.....echo everything that others have said.  I am blocking the phone # and reporting this to my state's consumer fraud division.

I just got this phone call as well. I see it is a scam. The only thing you can do is call your state attorney general as well as the federal trade commission go to their website and do a consumer report!
