I used to install for this company. What a joke. Can't get any answers, and still owe me 2200.00. I have filed a claim with the attorney general and will do likewise with the courthouse in Grahm. Could have been a good business But run by an idiot.

I was a cabinet installer, and he got me for $6500

I talked to some of the customers that I Installed for, and they said they are still receiving current Emails from Rob and Adam saying they are not out of business but are just trying to finish existing jobs, which is funny because everything for kitchen carolina is shut down, including there web sight, and one of the homeowners said they were trying to get them to pay final payment with credit card and they will discount amount owed if they pay immediatly, which lucky for them they didnt. It seems he is trying to collect as much as he can before it all comes down.

Anybody thought about banding together and creating a class action lawsuit?

My guess, bankruptcy, he has to many people after him. that or Jail!.

I am going to start calling the home owners [sorry home owners] Monday at noon to give them a chance to pay their amount due on their house. If not there will be a lein on there house. That is the only choice of getting paid. Kitchen Carolina has Filed Bankrupcy and the installers are on it. Kitchen Carolina , Rob and Cana will all be taken to Smalll Claims Court. We all need to stick Together and fight back.They are too fair in the hole to come back. I also want to know were there church is so i can tell them also.Sorry to the home owners ,but that is were our the work was completed and they will have to after the also. If any home owner is stupid enough to either give them the oportunity to finish or pay them. I hope you will listen to your Lawyer also.Rob will not call us installers or home owners himself. HE IS RUNNING SCARED and trying to make the last dollar before he goes to JAIL.

 I agree with u . I am glad u make it to the bank . I am going to make a stand Monday with starting to call customers and leining house , visiting the court house and getting my money . I worked very hard for this company and do us like this. Not how i would treat my people , but he leaves us no choice - no answers

I had a kitchen installed by Kitchen Carolina and had great service from them.  All the installers were very polite and the install went very smooth.  From the sounds of all of these posts I am one of the lucky ones and it sounds like I got mine started and comepleted just in time.  I was put on a reference list for them and started getting 7-10 calls a week from potential customers who wanted to know about my experience with KC.  I had nothing but good things to say about them because I had such a good experience and a beautiful kitchen installed.  If any of the posts on this list are people I spoke with I am truly sorry.... I had no idea.  I feel so bad about this I feel like I have been scammed as well.  Sounds to me like they started getting greedy and selling WAY more jobs than they could keep up with.

sorry mr installer but i already paid money to kitchen carolina (not exactly thrilled with that) and i'm not paying for something twice (unless i actually do the hiring to finish my mess of a kitchen). You worked for Kitchen Carolina not the homeowner.

well the colaterail is at your house -  learn the law -- if i did the work -- all work will be put together and your house will be leined -- not an option if u dont wanna pay your portion -- sorry

again the homeowner would not be liable, nor would i pay you for work i already paid someone else. We did not authorize you to come into our home. (There are a few we wish would have never come into our home.) We authorized Kitchen Carolina to come in. What they did with the money is between you and them.

you weren't paid because your work sucks and it cost the company more money to fix your mess than you were owed in the first place.

all work is paid for once it is inspected.  if you haven't been paid, it's probably because your work isn't complete or it's of poor quality.  your just a complainer.  all the terms are spelled out before they hire you.  my work has always been top notch and i get paid on time.  you just need to learn how to do good work and follow the company guidelines.  they don't pay for on the job training.

hey dummy, you have the option to turn down the job for a reason.  if you can't do the job, don't take it.

i think ted, bull and jerry might be the same person. anyway the problem i have with ted saying that once the work is "inspected" the contractor gets paid, is the only inspector during our work was us. I don't remember being on their payroll, nor being qualified as an inspector. I don't know about the rest of you but i signed on because this was susposed to be a "turnkey" kitchen remodeling and this company received a A+ from BBB. Now the A+ is long gone and the "turn key" was more like turn your head and cough.

the leins on homes should be put on Rob Selfors home not the home owners of the jobs you did. there the innocent party here.hey whoever said "it cost more to fix the job you were on so they paid me" is another real idiot. i'll put my money on it that its Rob Selfors leaving those type comments. there has not been one complaint about my work and i know this because all my customers i did work for hired me to do extra work for them. my last customer mark and lisa lee are getting screwed by Rob Selfors right now.luckily i have installed there cabinets and the granite is in place,there floors however are a mess,there good people like most customers getting screwed by the same person who scammed people out of money in manchester NH a few years ago.Rob Selfors your a real tool.how can you live with yourself ?
