OMG their so personal with your private life! They need to get a real life and leave other people alone! Rob & Cana are owners that talk about God and than treat people the way they do. They are just about makingmoney for them selves and not paying their staff! They live a big life with Big house cars. They need to really talk to God about how that treat other people. Truth hurts and should be taken away from them! The right to own a scam company such as DealerStaff!

I worked at dealerstaff for like 2 months, and I couldn't take anymore. They do pretend to be such "christians" but they are far from that. What's even funnier is that when a girl quit dealerstaff Cana acted like she was sooo surprised that someone would leave her company. Their employees are like a revolving door. They are crazy. I will say I like Rob as a person and I truly believe that Cana has brainwashed him into her insanity. She puts people down all the time and it's rediculous!! They do not hire smokers she says b/c their son stays at the office & she don't want her employees smelling like smoke b/c of that. NOSY oh my gosh they want to know EVERYTHING, it's like every monday was "show n tell" sit in a circle and say what you did over the weekend. Really it was to find out who "partied" cuz if you did and they knew about it they'd figure out a reason to fire you! As far as the "positive" comments on here, I agree it's either Cana or Rob putting them on here, funny how we figured that out, they are soooo predictable. I have never felt this way about a company but them poor people who quit their jobs to come and do "training" it made me sick to sit back and see that. Many times I just wanted to say NO!!!!!!!! please please please don't quit your job for this CRAP! But i couldn't. This is for real a scam........no joke everyone DO NOT INTERVIEW with them and maybe once the truth is out it will shut them down. Until then there are some innocent lives being ruined b/c of their ignorance. & all I can do is pray that Cana gets the help she needs.

You are so right about them.  I thought that coming to a "Christian" company was AWESOME!!  I was so excited....but Cana is very two-faced.  I liked Rob and think he would be a better man and christian without that crazy woman.  The company is very wrong in so many ways.  Then they wonder why no one wants to work for them or dont understand why people are not happy working for them....OPEN YOUR EYES CANA YOURE FAKE!!  YOU USE GOD FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND YOURE WRONG FOR IT!!

Dealership letterhead...what does that mean? If this was a legit testimonial, "Scott" would list his full name and the name, location, and phone number of his dealership. Vague message = what comes out of the backside of a bull.

    Rob&Cana,

It's sad to say how you guys treat people. Their lives are affected not in a positive way but a negative way. You guys need look at yourselves  deep down inside your hurting other people. Your just thinking about what will benefit yourselves. I am praying that God will let you see what your doing to hurt other people and their families. You promise everything and you deliver nothing. Your whole company is fake! Good companies don't go through employees your running out of people to work for you in this town. See word of month is the best. Everyone knows your company is FAKE! BAD!

    SCAM!
HA you notice how like many of the "positve" comments were posted on the same day. hahaha please we all know that is Cana or Rob putting them on here, from what I here Dealerstaff isn't doing well at all....hahaha all ex-employees who have suffered through being there for even a second....I think our prayers are being answered. You can only keep a "bad" company around for so long before folks start to catch on and spread the word.. DUH!!! CANA, come on did you really think your "home built" company would last forever. You had to know people aren't as dumb as you thought we all were. Maybe one day you'll learn you can't treat people like crap and expect your company to be awesome...it's no way to build a company to run them all off. Cana, you must have been picked on when you young and now that you are in a "high position" if that's what you want to say, you think it gives you the right to judge and pick on other people's lives....last time I checked christians don't judge...I wonder if your church family approves of how your company is ran and how you cuss people oops hope nobody from your church sees that I mean I wouldn't want them to see yoru "true colors".

Bless your heart "confused employee" they have brain-washed you too either that or you're just as stupid as they are. It probably wouldn't hurt to use our real names b/c they have had so many employees that I am sure they can't remember them hahahahaha....dealerstaff all over the U.S.??? hahaha YEA RIGHT they wish....and even if they are it won't take long for word to get out and then when it does I hope and pray someone sues the pants off of Cana. KARMA is a b**** and it will come back to you...in one way or another. "confused employee" Why don't you state YOUR name since your so "BRAVE" :) let me guess...... is that you CANA? YEA that's what I thought....and how about this CANA, you GROW UP and quit trying to make your company look like something it isn't, putting all these stupid "Rob I enjoyed your class" comments. So funny...... I would give anything to see the look on Cana's face reading this. I bet she is mad as a hornet and cussing up a storm..... :)

Yep, you have to watch out for that. I used to seek out Christian employers thinking that we were on the same page, but it usually became a disaster. One I particularly remember is a TV repair company I worked for many years ago. My boss was a serious "bible thumper" and once overheard me talking to a friend at lunch about me taking my then-fiance out to Valentine's day dinner. The next day he called me a "fornicator" and a week later I was fired for coming in to work three minutes late (Yeah, I'm sure that was the reason). Nowadays I just have a regular job and check my faith at the door. I know there are two kinds of Christians: Those that "walk with the Lord" and the others that I call "Godmongers". Beware of the latter.

I would like my picture taken off the dealerstaff website.  I do not want to represent such a faulty company with bad morals.  I want to warn people HONESTLY.  Its a company full of lies; some of the lies include:

-There is NO base pay, which they tell you.
-There is NOT a guarantee of a job after your training with Dealerstaff.
-They WILL send at least 3 people from your training class to compete for the same position.

This is the truth and if you're okay with that then go for it.  I don't believe that it's right to lie and cheat people into a job.  The company is not what its made out to be. I hope the best for thoses who are thinking about working for this company or going to a training class.

All the negative comments are true ---I was sent to a dealership not close to my home and when I met the guy they told me to speak to he had no idea I was coming and when he talked to the general manager he indicated that they would never use DealerSTAFF. They hired me anyway. The training does offer you some good tips but it is all together bs.

I am yet another ex-employee, I worked there about 3 months a couple years ago. I kinda thought something was fishy about them from the beginning, but I needed a job, so I didn't question it. For the first month or so, I liked it...until they kept bringing me in for training on how to talk to clients and how to schedule interviews. I hated how secretive everything had to be. When making calls, I couldn't say what the position was for...just that it was for a job interview. They said it was to give the curiosity so they would call back. But at the time I thought..."why would we need to trick them into calling us back?" That was kinda the first red flag for me. Then when talking to someone and scheduling interviews, we had to make it seem like the person was getting a one on one interview with either Rob or Cana (we told guys they'd interview with Rob and girls that they'd interview with Cana), we had to make it seem like there weren't several interview sessions a day...like Rob or Cana "just happened" to be at a hotel near them and would only be around for that time. We couldn't even tell them any information about the job position, only that it had a base pay plus commission. I had gone to a couple of the interview sessions and Rob and Cana didn't even go. They have a group of girls that travel around to do the interviews and tell everyone that Rob or Cana couldn't be there. I got to sit in on some interviews and they didn't really ask anything interview-worthy...they asked about DUI's, if they had their own car, why they want to work in car sales, and would ask about some places they used to work. One guy was more than qualified, I thought, and was turned down because he had a DUI almost 15 years prior, when he was a teenager. I don't know what made me do this today, but I googled DealerStaff and it brought up a scam website that someone posted on about them, someone that had gone through the training and it made things make sense to me after knowing the other side to it. The trainee's side.

I liked how small the company was and the Monday morning meetings where they asked you about your weekends...I didn't see it as being nosy, I viewed it as trying to get to know you. And I liked that, prior to DealerStaff I had only worked in huge retail companies who could care less about employees. They could really care less about employees either though. In the 3 months I was there, I saw probably 5-6 different CSR's come through...and even know when I looked at their website, I only recognize like 3 people from when I was there.

The people in the call center get paid bonuses for the amount of people they schedule to any one state's interview sessions and another bonus for however many people they scheduled and actually got "hired" and came to training. That was our incentive to play by their rules and be so secretive about everything so people would go the interviews basically out of curiosity.

I never understood how strict they were about the training sessions until I read the post on the other website. The people coming for training weren't allowed to talk to each other about the training, just conversing, or about what dealership they were assigned to. I remember one time I overheard two guys talking about what dealerships they would ideally work for, they weren't talking about which ones they got...a girl that worked there only heard the part about the dealerships and she ran off and tattled to Rob on them and Rob kicked the guy out. I don't think he could even get his money back for the piece of crap book they had to buy.

But the whole time I worked there, I felt like the higher ups didn't like me...like I always felt looked down upon by Cana. And that she was trying to find any reason at all to fire me. I eventually quit and I'm better off for it.

Ok...this one is beyond obviously Rob or Cana posting. This is the EXACT same message that is up on their website's testimonial page. It's directed to Christy on their website though. That's sad that they have to post their own "good" posts.

I also used to work for Dealerstaff.Everything the other employees said was/is true!Things have changed since the last entry. While I worked for Dealerstaff, I was in the dark - they don't train you thoroughly and don't explain things how a NORMAL job would.Don't work for Dealerstaff or try to find a dealership thru thim, you're better off going to a dealership personally. The turnover rate was so high, I worked there for five months and I saw 40 people or more fired during that time. The owners don't like to keep employees too long, they wise up to the kind of business there running.Dealerstaff hurts people, and uses [***] methods to get their point across. All there looking to do is make a dollar off of someone who doesn't have a job.Don't fall for it!You won't get a job thru Dealerstaff, you're just making them money.
