Ok lets face it; how much training do you people need. I mean i was in training one hour and was 2nd to the highest employee there. And you know what DealerSTAFF use to be lets say; hummm Catty but now that all the youngens are gone its quite nice. Oh and by the way its funny that Tram is the only person who actually states her name. Oh and i am sure that if you guys used your name; someone will remember you!! and the thing about making a dollar off someone who doesnt have a job; thats not true; DealerSTAFF doesnt charge the applicants so they cant get paid unless they start at a Dealership.DANG!!!!Shows you how much you know....huhh?

How would you know that training was fun?

Now you dont have to travel just call and they can conduct a phone interview online..

Me Cana, not quite but obvisouly I am not that stupid to know that the half of you that say you quit were actually fired. Never seen so many so called adults "WHINE". and another thing; whats really funny is that if you worked in the call center you really managed your self. Cana and Rob around, not really breathing down your neck they were barley there (I am assuming you must have really sucked it up; if they were.)I mean work M-F 40+ hrs a week(time and a half) bonus now and then; free food from time and again; Air condition, Heat no manual labor, Damn i guess it could be worse

Funny that you didn't state your name either. Dealerstaff is and always will be catty. The young people don't have anything to do with it, even though their are still a LOT of young people working there, management probs carry over to employee probs. They do use unemployed people to make money, what do you think the piece of [***] training manuals are for? I think a three year old could make a better book. They waste peoples time and efforts when they could be getting a real job! Cana, why don't you just call your ex employees and see what they'd have to say about the company you run if you're so interested who said what. What does it matter who it was? Word of mouth works best, and Dealerstaff has a bad rep.

Lets face it: you train your entire first day, not one hour! One day isn't adequate enough for the lies you have to learn to spread. Being 2nd doesn't mean anything, it changes week to week. HOORAY 4 YOU ;) I'm pretty sure people aren't using there name because they don't want to be associated with this company. You'll learn one day, fool. You'll wish you could've got out when you got the chance.

did you try--the higher ups??? haha the "highest" people were considered Rob and Cana..and good luck there you couldn't get to know them because they judged everything you did or said. Who wants to get to know people like that? Not me...and I was so glad to hear that Meghan quit...that poor girl she worked her ass off for Cana and Rob....spent many long long days there and weekends too and they even treated her like a pile of [***]. I agree Jessica....i'm not using my name on here because I don't want anything to do with that sketchy company and who knows with them they may start calling and harrassing me if i give my name...I wouldn't put it past them...u never know what they are capable of. I seen Rob and Cana driving a couple weeks ago and I turned my head praying to God they didn't recognize me at the stop light...they make my skin crawl seriously that is sad I never imagined I would feel that way about people that once were my boss. DEALERSTAFF does have an awful rep. I also agree with TRAM they need to take EVERYONE's picture off of their website that is no longer employed there. I guess they realized that there isn't anyway to stay on top of updating the pictures everyday but for real i can almost bet on this.........if someone no longer works for dealerstaff then i'm sure they don't want their picture on the website. FIRED????? I doubt it......alot of people just simply QUIT didn't call or nothing.....no 2 week notice.....wonder why......that place is crazy.......yea the pay was ok....IF you got good leads on people to come interview and you got a [***] load of people to show up.......yea they did provide food sometimes another nice thing.....air condition haha omg it's an office DUH.....and it's not called "whining" it's called letting the truth out so people don't waste their time. This is called opinions and we are allowed to say what we feel and guess what???? Isn't funny all the ex-employees have the same things to say...and there is like 2 or 3 lousy "employees" that are so damn brain washed that they BELIEVE in dealerstaff....I will pray you see the light soon.

ONCE again NOSY.....yea ok you shouldn't be talking on the job rite I know.....but the people that got fired for that [***] didn't have anything to do.....they were running out of people to call.....I wasn't one of them but I knew every single one of them and they all said they same thing.

I recently stumbled on this company while job hunting. Everything is as it seems from the comments on here. The website and IP address are registered to Rob Selfors. This company is NOT NOT (one last time) NOT what it seems at ALL. This is a total and complete scam that preys on both ends. I have a very close family friend in Franklin TN who owns a Honda dealership. I should have contacted him directly but chose to hear these people out. This scam targets both sides of the house, according to a man who has owned dealerships for 25 years. They used to charge 35$ for a fake seminar per applicant. Now they simple scam low revenue dealerships to flit the bill. The reason for the change in "business" model? It turns out they have been investigated by the US Dept of Labor, the GA Dept of Consumer Affairs, and the NC Dept of Labor. They are no longer allowed by law to conduct their "seminars" in Nashville or Atlanta. If you are invited to one you are advise to contact your local district attorney. And in fact after 33 calls, I can not find 1 dealership in Nashville that actually does business with them. Yeah I gave up after 33, I'm just that lazy I guess.

Now for the twist. If you do a bit of investigating and are good with computers you'll find out a lot more behind this company than just a car sales scam. Dig a just a tad deeper and you will find the name "RICK WARREN". Mr. Warren is the fringe of the fringe of evangelical ministers. He operates what he calls, "mega churches" mostly in CA. Google his name, or SADDLEBROOK CHURCH. This company is another of his offshoots that scams money in order to fund what seems more like a cult than a church. Sounding a bit nuts am I? Well, I wish it was me, but unlike these nutjobs "testimonials", mine come with actual names... of places... and things.. that really exist. What kind of proof is "received on official letterhead".

Just like any other crazies, FLDS, Scientology, and Fringe Evangelical Groups, this man is out for 1 thing and thats control of your money and your mind. He has written 1 book, "The Purpose Driven Life", in which he dismisses traditional conservative Christian values and your "purpose" is to hand over large sums of money to his "charities" in order to, blah blah do god's will, you all know the spill . If you try to dig up information you will find really nothing of substance, and thousands and thousands of pages worth of random propaganda. To include, false charities, false documents from heads of states praising Warren (their wiki page changes daily, always putting up falsities IE Warren was in newsweek's 15 people who make America great, and many more), and if you look closely to Dealerstaff.net you'll even notice that their "Atlanta Office" photo, is actually an architectural plan illustration from a Seattle based firm that confirmed the building never left the tentative stages of development.

This is the CON side to a "church", that very much walks the line between religion and cultism. (you can tell which category I place them in) Friendly advice: DONT EVEN TAKE THEIR CALLS. You are just wasting your time. Free sales training? Nope, its mostly evangelical based preaching through a sales front. Need more proof than me ranting? Just read the comments on this page. It should be painfully obvious to discern the false propaganda from the reality. Any crazies who wish a debate on this topic you'll find my email below. (Note to people in this organization, LIER is spelled LIAR... Sorry that's been bugging me for hours).

I received a response from the Almance County Chamber of Commerce. You should be able to contact them to have your likeness' and names removed from their propaganda. It seems they are well aware of the problem. Hope this helps you ladies in some fashion. I have an open investigation already in Nashville. Feel free to email me with any questions.

You are exactly right about their "cult".  They use god to gain the trust of unemployed people and really scam people. Its very sad...and the church they go to is all about money too.  Just getting more people to come for donations.  They use their employees every Friday to set up the church for breakfast on Sundays; and the PREACHER wouldn't even thank us or ask our name, he is just as shady as them.  They should be shut down!!

WOW......thanks for all the information...that is some really interesting information you have presented...I am going to look further into it and see what I can do about getting something done about this....there are many "students" that I am sure would love to be in on this....if I were smart I would have gotten some names and emails of some people before I left and hey all of us combined could afford a hell of a lawyer...and sue the [***] out of them....

I wonder wonder the "employee" will have anything to say now....go ahead and defend that I would like to see it....
