It was lowe's calling about an installation

I also had a install done thru Lowes.  They have called 3 times in the last 12 hours.  Must really want to know how they did.

I also had a Lowes carpet installation about two months ago and just received a call from this number.  They did not leave a message.  I live ini NC.

I also had a "missed call" from this number.  And yes, I also had a Lowes installation not too long ago.  I don't care that they are calling me.  I'm happy to evaluate their service.  However, in response to the Lowes employee -- I am always polite to unsolicited callers -- certainly to someone who is following up on an installation -- however, I never answer a call on my cell phone if I don't know the number.  So that's going to be kind of a problem ...  Also, the fact that no message was left, even an automatic one, required me to waste time researching it (as apparently many others have done!) and writing this comment.  And that is irritating...

Indeed, this is a Lowes Customer Satisfaction follow-up line. They call to inquire as to the quality of any job or service they provided a customer. They leave no message.

I actually answered, and no one was on the line.  (I recently had a dishwasher installed.)

yep-Lowes...had carpet done. Regardless ... this is a wonderful web site!!  Unknown caller - now known!!

Just got a call from this number, but didn't answer it.  They left no message.  Glad I searched and found this site. I bet it is from Lowe's as I had carpet installed by Lowe's last month.  Why so secretive, Lowe's?

I had a Lowe's shed built in my yard last week, and they did say I'd receive a call regarding customer satisfaction.

Yep its LOEWS thought it was my stalker from NC so  happy to see it was NOT!!! lol

The phone number of (336)658-1014 belongs to a Lowe's customer service that calls people after they had some work done by Lowe's to see if they are happy with their work or products.

However, there is no way for you to leave a message to don't call.

I called my local Lowe's and they said they will take care of it.

So, if you had Lowe's do something or bought something from Lowe's, call your Lowe's store and tell them to have these calls stopped. And look at your receipts and look for more information.

The name of the firm that place these calls is: Central Tel. Co. ZZ

Also, my phone number is on the National Do Not Call List and if, after telling them not to call, they can be sued for up to $1500.00.

Clearly this is Lowe's. Should leave a message if they want to contact us about installation or any other service

I recently had a lowe's installation. No message.

Just got a call, but didn't answer.  No message to check.  Glad I checked here to see what's up.  I too had a recent install by Lowe's.  I'll answer it next time.  Love this site!

I had a sink installed, this is their follow up call about 3 weeks later.

just had a garage door installed, it's gotta be them, but if I don't recognize it or no ID with an out of state area code, I'm not picking it up (hint to lowes)

this caller calls at least once a day
No identity - just numbers  7705749:0 appears in the name section of caller ID  then the phone number 336-658-1014

I also had an installation from Lowes.  They disconnected the call on me.  Doesn't make sense.
