I too had a recent installation from Lowe's.  I did not pick up the call from last night from this phone number because I did not recognize it.  But now, I know who it was from.  Thanks!

So it's Lowes,eh?  We had a recent installation too.  We've been getting calls for a few weeks, no message and no one on the line.  We once left the phone on for three hours after a call and a human never did come on.  Very annoying.

Carpet installed by Lowe's. No caller ID. No answer at pick up.

Had scheduled countertop install from Lowes but canceled.  Must be them. Thought it was an ex... phew!  At least leave a message or quit calling!  Geez

Call on my cell, I answered as it was still ringing but they hung up.  I see now from previous posts that it was Lowe's, I guess it makes sense, we had carpet installed in December, though it seems a bit late to be checking on the installation.  It's annoying when callers do not at least leave a message.

It is Lowes Customer Service calling.

Had a recent installation by Lowe's.  The caller left no message.  Was very happy with the installation.  Wish that they had left a message.

Repeated calls from this number.  No messages left and when the phone is answered, nothing happens.

My caller ID says "Lowes companies".  I, too had an installation.  I answered the phone and I heard a click as though they hung up.

I had an install on a water heater a few weeks ago from Lowe's. To bad the customer service company stinks. I answer but they say nothing.

Just purchased a water heater w/install from Lowes.  Same telephone number, they did not leave me a message either.

Someone just called me from 336-658-1014 and left NO message.  I didn't answer, because I didn't recognize the number.  Thank you for letting me know who it was that called!  I had 2 toilets installed recently, and I am assuming it is a follow up call, but they should still have the courtesy to leave a message.

No message but Lowe's installation for us, too...thanks, y'all!!
