401-401-0125

This caller called at 9:15pm.  It is an unwanted phone call.1-401-401-0125 RHODE IS CALL.  I didn't answer this call.  Would like to prosecute for HARRASSMENT AFTER 9pm at night.

received a call from 401 401 0125 at 8.38 pm wed april 7. voice was  oriental. sales pitch was for security sysyems.makers ge.

Since three are so many complaints regarding this caller, I filed with DoNotCall.gov.  Caller ID did not identify the name of the company that called--it merely said, "Unknown Name" on Caller ID.  I do not want to deal with a company that doesn't know its own name.  Maybe if those called would tell this to the caller, this nonsense of not being identified would stop.  The phone company is doing those of us who pay extra for Caller ID a disservice by conspiring with commercial customers, giving them partial blocking of their information, something we as residential customers cannot do.

Received this call twice yesterday-came up as UN ASSIGN RI on caller ID. I am double-checking that we are on dnc list-we have been getting a lot of calls lately-pretty sad when you don't even want to answer your own phone because of junk calls. This site is great!! I have used it quite often.

Just received our 2nd call from this phone number,  I just advised the lady that I would NOT be participating in her survey, she started telling me that she would continue to call her.  I advised her I was on the no call list and asked her if she wanted to play this game.  She said yes and I said ok let's go and then she hung up.  We'll see if she calls back again. :)

My husband & I both had this number on our cell phones.  We did not answer and no message was left.  Both calls came at around 8:54PM.

They just called and asked a bunch of questions about smoke detectors, how often we change them, if we have a fire extinguisher in house and that I might qualify for security system.  I just said thank you and he said good bye.  I hope by saying "thank you" they aren't going to send me something and charge me for it!  I'm sure whatever it is I can get out of it...I hope!

How come if you're on a DNC list you still get calls like this?  What's the point of the DNC list if it doesn't work?

I picked it up, got someone that sounded european, or perhaps indian trained in britian.  He said he was from electronics (El-Ect-Tronics).  I said "I'm not interested" and hung up.

Two calls came in within 10 minutes of each other, since I told the first person (whom I could not even understand) I was not interested and she said someone else would call me.  He did - 10 minutes later and same thing asking questions about my smoke detector, etc.  Told him I did not want any calls after 9:00; so he said someone will call me again.  I had a funny feeling about this, so thought I would check this site and really, this cemented my suspicions.  It is very possibly a scam and I am going to put this number on the donotcall.gov site which one of the writers suggested and he said the calls stopped.  I will give it a try.  These are foreign-speaking people who are up to no good.

Got a call from this 401-401-0125...saying they were surveying my area for fire instinces and if I had a "SMOKE RETECTOR". God if you are going to call at least speak English properly!!!!

Just Received a call from 401-401-0125 ....It was an Indian speaking guy.. Said he is not a telemarketer then proceeded to ask me if I have a smoke detector? I asked the company's name and he told me it was Total Resources or something like that. he continued to ask me if I have a smoke detector and I asked where he got my number from in which he slammed the phone in my ear.. Tried to call the # back and its a dead line. Tired of all these calls as this is about the 15th one I have had in the last month... All sorts of places that keep calling..

yes i got a call and i was very nervous because the guy had some sort of Indian accent at first i thought that it was some sort of prank call. But it was very strange they kept asking to speak to the master of the house then i said that he was busy and he said let me talk to let me talk to him. Then i said HES BUSY!!! and the Indian guy said what is he doing is he not home? and i said why do you need to know then  he hung up and i tried to call back but it didnt go thru

Call was made at around 4:40 P.M.

Add me to this long list. I've received 3 calls from this number today. First two I picked up and when no one answered after I said "hello" I hung up (I don't give much time for them to respond). Third time I just let it go and no voice mail left. I also had the xxxxxxxxx RI on caller ID but I'm able to check a list of all incoming calls so I got the number. My number is also on the govt. do not call lists. That's not going to stop companies like this.

Caller ID showed as 'Rhode Island'.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message.

8:57 PM tonight got call from this number and when wife asked to be taken off list the guy said F--- Y--. There really must be someone who you can report these people to. When they called last time we told them we are on the do not call list they said that didnt apply to them they were doign a survey.

they called. i didn't recognize the answer, and neither did the rest of my family. they didn't leave any message and unknown callers are so annoying! i wish they would leave everyone alone!

Starting receiving these calls and reported to "Do-not call list" when they were from R.I. Now started to receive them and my billing shows ROMANIA! "Do not call won't take complaint because it says that "not registered for more than 30 days"! what a crock this has turned out to be. Another bureauocracy gone to crapocracy.
