Not a phone call, but this phone number appeared on bank statement: 402-935-2244. Fraudulent charge of $180.00 for Fraudulent merchant name "PP*AnimalsHelp" CHARITABLE AND SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS on my credit card.  PP in fake name was to make it look like a Paypal charge.

This phone number was on a fraudulent transaction on my bank under the name PP*JOHNSONGAME they took $246.85 from my account. PayPal has no transaction for this. I called PayPal to let them know but looking on here seems like no one is investigating them. I’m tired of having to cancel my bank card, I did take my info off of PayPal. Check your account daily their getting bolder and bolder.

Got an alert from my bank via unusual activity, this [***] named (probably fake) Nadine Vasquez tried to charge $125 to my acct. thru a credit card I do not have on paypal, only place I used it last was amazon.....anyway, the bank rejected the debit which she manually keyed in BTW  and 2 more charges totalling $40 was charged to a correspondence school in Hemet, CA.  Luckily my bank refunded me but I'm still pissed !!  Thinking about shutting down paypal.

So you know who sent you the alert but looked up the phone number anyway? Why? To tell us you're "thinking about shutting down PayPal"?

This phone # was listed on a FRAUDULENT bank charge from my account for $1, 295.00! There were more charges, all in made in Georgia.  Hackers through my online purchases I am guessing. This is so wrong to do to persons like myself that have little money , or have lost their jobs, especially during this covid-19 crisis,

Same here, about $1100 in charges. They are being investigated.

This number is back at it again, just had 2 different charges on the same day for a total of $590 through PP*DesereeBlac for photography services in GA...people are the worst!

I had an unauthorized charge of 900.00 on my bank account. Said thru PP from a El Camino Towing Company in Rosharon TX. Wells Fargo still has not given me the money back..

If you went to Spokeo and paid them money then you were scammed a second time.  If you never received a phone call then why did you pick this thread to post in?  Why did you post that person's name and city?  After all this number is not from that city.

This number has been "appearing" on people's Credit card/Debit Card statements as a bogus charge through PayPal.  Skimming through a few pages, doesn't seem like anyone got a call and all wound up here because of it showing up on their Statements.

There are a few other search results that also say it is a real Paypal charge, but the Merchant could be a scammer.

I think it was fraudulent, called CC, they disputed it.  I think the number is a legit paypal number but the charge wasn't...not sure how it leaked, maybe online, maybe from using the credit card.

I had a charge to two of my accounts from this number, which are fraudulent charges. Where can I call to report and have the person running this business charged with fraud.

You can report the fraudulent transactions to your account issuer. As for charging anyone, you need to know both their legal name and business address to file those charges. If you get that information, be sure to come back here to share it.
