Okay you messed with the wrong person as I am a child of God. All I have to say is to those who steal from others have a deep lack of Christ within their hearts. At first I was pissed off but in an instance my lord and savior put a calm over me because my funds will not be affected. It's the enemy who has a hold of mortals who may think they are getting away with something (theft) for free. God sees all and will deal with dishonesty in his way. I take comfort in knowing that.

    God bless!!!!

I was hit with a (PP*HTOHAEYETYH 04029352244 /IA US CARD PURCHASE - $212.00) charge to my bank card in early August 2015. In July of this year we went on a road trip and I used my card at several places.  I visited an RV store in Illinois, Fleetwood in Indiana, a gas station in Wisconsin, and also purchased my fishing license online for Thunder Bay, Ontario.  Those were the purchases I've made during my entire trip.  Did anyone visited these places? However, there are devices out there where people can listen in to your conversation without you knowing it and gather this type of information. My bank is still investigating.

Found a mystery charge of $198.00 on my account from PP*SIY BIES 402-935-2244.  I knew I'd not laid down nearly $200 on anything recently, so called my bank to dispute.  It was described as medical equipment and I knew it was absolutely fraudulent.  My bank refunded my money and is sending me a new card.  I only had to answer some basic questions (i.e. "Where you always in possession of your card when this charge happened?", "You did not purchase these goods or services?", etc.), and they completed their investigation and refunded me on the spot.  Clearly, banks know that charges from this person is fraudulent, otherwise I doubt that the process would have been that smooth for me.  Why no entity is going after this person/these people is beyond me.  I guess it's just easier to refund and issue new cards than it is to hunt down and stop criminals.

I have a suspicion that my Iphone has been hacked as well. and this week I have random charge for $200 for PP*DSNE TIX 402-935. What did you do once you found out that your iphone was hacked or how did you find out it was hacked?

Instead of worrying about an phone being hacked, the first thing you need to do is go to your bank and file a fraud dispute on that charge and get your account numbers changed.  You have a limited amount of time to do this.

To the above post by Shaye,
I work at a bank in the Security/Fraud department and believe me it is not easier to just refund and issue new cards as the merchant has zero liability for any fraudulent activity that occurs.  The bank is the one who has to take the loss and write it off because the authorities will not pursue any legal action unless they deem it "worth while".  My bank loses thousands upon thousands year after year while the merchants and criminals get away with out a single consequence.  If it were up to me I'd have every thief arrested or locked up and any merchant found to not be verifying personal information or checking ID's would have to pay every single cent.  The "chip" cards coming out still won't fix the problem long term either because once a store is set up to accept the cards and fraud occurs it will still be the financial institution that has to accept responsibility for something they had nothing to do with.  Something needs to change and fast.

I had to cancel my credit card, and deal with some inconvenience due to this theft. I hope whomever is stealing people's information will have a quick and enjoyable trip to hell.

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFPB..
