Nobody here called you and nobody here can stop anyone from calling you. Get a call blocker and block the number if you don't want these calls. There are many out there. Use Google to find one that suits you. ❤

When you do business with a company, the Do Not Call laws do not apply. If you have a current or prior business relationship with a company, they can call with surveys and promotional offers without "permission" because the business relationship acts as you giving the ok to be called. If you don't want to be called by a company, don't do business with them! If you no longer do business with them, you have to submit a written request to the company that you have ended the business relationship and do not want to be called any more with any surveys or promotional offers. It's actually really easy and I don't understand why people who claim to know so much about the Do Not Call laws don't know the proper action to take to end the calls. All reporting them does is waste a bunch of people's time! Once the agency looks into the issue the company tells them you are a current/former customer and then the case is dropped because there is no violation of the law.

unless you give your cell phone as your "main contact" or home number. Then they are allowed to call it. That's why the government changed the laws allowing a cell phone to be considered a "home phone" like a traditional land line is. So if you don't want them calling your cell phone, then don't give it out as a primary contact. That's why I keep a landline number, but don't actually have a wired phone in my house, LOL!

Actually, that's the post office itself doing that. They have a direct marketing service for businesses. You can pay them to deliver fliers and other promotional material to a certain neighborhood or zip code. There is no way to opt out of this. It's just something you have to deal with...

We got a call from this number today at 7:32 pm and didn't answer. No voice mail message was left. The caller ID was GALLUP ORG. As has been pointed out in other postings, surveys are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry. Since we do not wish to participate in any survey, the number will be added to our call blocker.

invest in a phone call blocked/ on the net for about 50.00 can hold up to 1500 numbers/ once you put the number in the blocker and next time they call it hangs up on them and your phone never rings/ use to get 3 or 4 a day/ now get one ever two weeks. quite a difference and well worth it

We got a call again from this number today at 2:53 pm,  and this time it was blocked by our call blocker. I find amusing such a technological battle of robo calls vs. a call blocker. The call blocker always wins.
