We are quiet, but sociable and adventuresome couple and enjoy having others around, we respect every religion and love to hang around with good people and we are definitely not a trouble maker and very helpful in nature. The apartment is available for long term and short term lease is acceptable. The building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access to internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric are all included in the rent.

We tried to look for an agent that we could give the document & the keys before we left but could not find any as a matter of urgency. And we don't want our home misused in our absence that is why we took the keys and documents along with us. So we hope you will promise us to take very good care of the apartment when you move-in.

The rental fees is $800 including utilities and $400 damage deposit which is refundable. I know you will be wondering why the rent is so cheap. Well we are not after the money, what we are after is the welfare of our apartment. Ok This guy got me too! i think he finds real properties and then creates an ad that is very cheap and too good to be true. I hope no one else falls for this but when someone says send money and ill send you the keys..then you know its a scam!!

First ask to contact out of craigslist, and then send this email, never a real name just Guice Rocky. Thanks god I find this site.

Same thing just happened to me in Rochester MN. Requested more info on a house. Even drove past it to look at it. It looked nice and looked like an empty place. Emailed and right away he wanted a deposit of a money gram only. It's a scam. Didn't send any personal info other than my name and email address.
