I recv a call today from a Deborah William from 877-822-2677 ext 3047. She left a very rude messgage on my work line stating this matter was urgent and that I would need to call her back today, or egal actions would take placed. I called her back and ask what type of company this was. She asked for my name, again I aksed what type of Company this was and she hung up in my face. So, I called back and pressed 0 to speak with a receptionist. Come to find out the receptionist told me Deborah work out of her home???????????????????? I asked for the receptionist to transfered me to her and Deborah Williams answered the line . She asked for the case # she left for me. I provided it and she began to be rude. Not one time did she state the Miranda Warning or verify who she was speaking with before she release information. All she did was screem at me and called me a "dead beat debtor" then hung up in my face again.  I'm going to pursue legal action against that company, I've been in the collection business for 10 years and currently work for the largest collection agency in the world I know all the laws in every state. She violated FDCPA to the fullest. I will first contact the FTC and file a report and get a lawyer. They have messed with the wrong consumer or in her words "dead beat debtor". The CEO better take action or he wont be in business any longer. I'm suprised that they are even still in business let alone getting anyone to pay. The only people that will pay are the ones who dont know the law. So for those who dont know the law, please take advise from the ones who do and use it to your advantage.

I got a message on my cell phone and it stated that there was going to be a suit filed against me for fraud.  I returned the call and a Mrs. williams stated that I had a bad check with cash and go 3 years ago. The conversation got really heated and She said I had until tomarrow to pay 1,000.00. I asked what the original debt was and she said she did not know. She then stated she would contact the constables office in my area and they would pick me up for jail. I told her I could nmot afford more than 10.00 a month because times are really tough. She them said she had to approve it with her supervisor. Then she came back on the line and said no because the amount had to be paid in full. I got very upset and asked to speak to a supervisor.  She transfered me to a Mrs. Robinson who was even more rude, saying I needed to borrow the money from a family member to pay this off. I told her I dont have the money. I told her what i could pay and she said it was not good wnough and started to yell at me. Of coarse, I was scared about going to jail, and I got very upset and she said get the money by tommarrow and then hung up on me.  I then called back and they asked for my social security # to pull up my account and scared as I was I gave it. (im so dumb). They then transferred me to her again and she stated, its you again and I said " we got disconnected" she said no I am done with you.  I told her its not that I dont want to pay, but I cant. She then said well then we will send it to your constable. I started to cry and she said well we can make a payment of 200.00 tomarrow and 100 every month there after. I agreed to call her back with my account #, but I just cant afford that. She really scared me and can they really do that to me? I am not going to call her back. They threatened me so awful and caused some stress. What options do I have.  I did get a loan with cash and go 3 years ago and my checks did not clear, because i couldnt keep up. Oh by the way, I asked if they were a collection agency and she said it did not matter.

OMG!!  I received calls from these losers last year threatening to have me picked up!  Then it was 3 or $400 that I owed (so they said) and the man (Tyrone Barnes) was very nasty on the phone.  I let him know that I am not the one and he needed to find someone else to play with about their credit.  They try and make you think they are a law firm with Privat Investigators!!  When I asked the dude how he got my number because it is not listed he said the investigator must have gotten it!!!  LOL!  Anyway, I get another call a couple weeks ago stating that  I was being pursued because I did not appear for court!!!!!  LMAO  But I told them that they had been sending it to the wrong place.  Anyway, the dude never volunteered to re-send the information but he wanted me to pay $150.  Then he cut it down to $100!  Then he wanted me to give him my acct. information and a post dated check and I said to him now you are calling me about check fraud but you want me to give you a bad check?!!!   LOL, anyway, he told me to just give him any card # or acct. number even if it was old/closed.  Well, I gave him an  old one alright!!!  When he called the next day, he told me he got my msg. and he also commented on my voice mail and having a VERY SEXY voice!!!!  LMAO  My boyfriend would love that comment!  When I returned his call, he flurted with me and gave me his cell # stating he'd love to get to know me!!!  HE WILL WHEN THEY GET MY E-MAIL SAYING THE $100 THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE GETTING WILL NOT BE THERE AND THAT I WON'T BE ACCEPTING ANY HARRASING CALLS PLUS I WILL BE LETTING THEM KNOW THAT THEIR STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

YES, they are banking on getting people to pay...THAT DON'T KNOW THE LAW!!!  Not me.  I don't work for a collection agency, but I have done my homework and research and I know what the deal is!  The dude that called me started flurting when he heard my voice on the voice mail.  THEN his dumb behind gave me his cell phone number!!!  Wow, how stupid of him cause I will be using that against him!!!  I'm gonna report them TODAY!

yeah, the credit companies lure you in with a "I'm your friend" scheme with the only objective of fee-ing you to your financial death. Yes a lot of folks make poor decision and the creditors use this to their advantage without thought to how they are harming society. Besides if the greedy people would look at the credit risk and not loan the money at excessive interest to people who don't pay their bills then they wouldn't need collection agencies. If the companies played by the rules they wouldn't have to worry about people going through the motions of getting them in trouble.

Don't pay them they haven't got a leg to stand on everyone should stiff those pay day loan sharks. F-them.

Hello, I have had the same experience you had with these people. It was a lady that called and a month ago, later it's a man. I was getting courious cause these people are quating numbers that dont make sense. I told them I was paying at the store where i GOT THE LOAN AND THAT IT IS ALMOST PAID OFF. i WAS AFRAID CAUSE THE LADY WAS CALLING MY JOB AND FAMILY MEMEBERS TREATING TO SEND ME TO JAIL. sHE WANTED MY BANK ROUTING NUMBER , WHEN i ASKED FOR A RECEIPT OR LETTER STATEMENT SHE SAID IT WILL COME WHEN I MAKE THE PAYMENT. pLEASE FORGIVE ME IM OVERWHEMED. i DECIDED TO LOOK THEM UP ON LINE AND BEHOLD THIS. mY contact number 317-966-7922
