"Public energy Center" in Central Florida.

CID is CELL PHONE FL  They call EVERY WEEK despite the fact that we're on the FTC DNC list.

It's likely a scam whereby they can be "hired" by you and claim government money.  One has to wonder if they're using some sort of disposable cell phone number (i.e. TracFone) to generate these calls or just straight up forging the Caller ID to some unsuspecting cell user.

These guys are annoying...already filed complaint with FTC.

The message at the end says Press 2 if you want to be removed from our call list.  I did that, it doenst work. I finally pressed 1 to speak to a representative, and said take me off your list.  They argued with me.  They want to do a free inspection for me.  I argued I don't want their service they argued its a free public service and don't I want to save money? I got frustrated they don't want to listen and they just hung up.

I reported them to FTC and filed a complaint for this Public Energy Center.  

When you call back, you can't. They don't take calls. Its not a really company. They don't have a website. This is a SCAM

I get a "missed call" from them at least once a week - as previously noted, their mailbox is always full when returning the call.  Huge waste of time.

SCAM!!! If I am bored I talk with them, no information, just to take up their time with tons of silly questions. They get mad!!  SCAM!!

Been getting these calls for a couple weeks now, at least once sometimes twice a day. Usually a 407-232 prefix. Pressed 2 a couple times to be removed, didn't work. Talked to a person last night, told her I wanted to be removed, they hung up. These are the other numbers I've received this call from:

I got a call on my cell phone from this number, but I cut it off before it could go to voice mail.   I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  What's the point of being on the DO NOT CALL list if you're going to get these calls anyway?

This is ridiculous. The list of numbers from this same organization calling my cell phone is growing weekly. I have filed complaints against many of these numbers with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe the large number of complaints will elicit some quick action.
