I have been getting calls from this telemarketer for two weeks. I refused their offer and asked to be removed from their call list. They said they had removed the number, but I still get calls, usually about 8pm. I do not want the energy survey they offer for various reasons. For one, I have read that these companies are usually scamming particularly the elderly. They could also be checking out security for future illegal purposes. We are on the "do not call" registry so they should not be calling since they are not a charity, we do not have an account with them and they are not a government entity. Florida Power & Light says the "company" is not associated with FPL, although they mention them in their spiel.

Wont' stop calling leaving message about FPL and to top it off they are calling after business hours hanging up it is a cell phone and they need to stop.  FPL needs to do something about it in as much as they are using their name in an illegal manner.

I have been getting numerous calls on my cell phone from different numbers, but I never answer them.  Apparently, they are all from the same company.
Caller: DON'T KNOW

Just updating the list of numbers they have used to contact me. All of these are from the same "home energy credit" scam. Lately, they've all been recorded messages (robocalls).

This is ridiculous. The list of numbers from this same organization calling my cell phone is growing weekly. I have filed complaints against many of these numbers with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe the large number of complaints will elicit some quick action. Add these to the list above:
