Different number with same recording as 407-232-1171. Same a**holes wanting to do "energy improvements" on your home that in the past had live callers wanting to do an "energy survey". They keep calling my cell phone which probably is not illegal but sure as hell should be since they are using my minutes when I answer. Today was the first time they called from this number and since I did not recognize the number, I answered it.

As I said earlier, I believe it's the same folks that incessantly called my home number (unlisted) for surveys from number 407-928-0448 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-407-928-0448) and have been making robocalls to my cll number from 407-232-1171 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-407-232-1171).

This number calls incessently for some home improvement to save energy.  They give a number to press to be taken off their list after using my minutes.  Even after pressing that number they continue to call again and again.  VERY ANNOYING.  same here

Yep. I just got a similar call. They just hang up on my answering machine. I get calls like this daily from a variety of numbers.

I have filed complaints against many of these numbers with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe the large number of complaints will elicit some quick action.
