Same thing here, same phone number, same scam, same everything. The name that came up was "Roberto Rivera", and they were offering to "save money on power" through having a "technician" come to the house. HAH. What a scam.

I just got a call from this # and it was the ruddest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! guy I have ever talked to. I asked him to take me off his call list and he just kept on talking, would not shut up. After he called ME rude I called him a few names that I thought were appropriate and hung up. Still furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This call came from a young man that would not shut up when I asked nicely to be taken off his list. He just cont. to talk and talk. Then when I started to talk over him asking him to remove me he finally hushed long enough to call me rude. Is there ANYTHING we can do to keep these people from calling me?

Same problem as everyone else mutliple numbers calling my house, and I asked them to remove me from their list but the lady just kept talking and would not remove my name.

We keep receiving calls from this number, usually the ID caller shows their "company's name" but last time it showed the name of a Robert Rivera, so I guess this will help a little more to find out where this person is and stop him from calling people

Just updating the list of numbers they have used to contact me. All of these are from the same "home energy credit" scam. Lately, they've all been recorded messages (robocalls).

This is ridiculous. The list of numbers from this same organization calling my cell phone is growing weekly. I have filed complaints against many of these numbers with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe the large number of complaints will elicit some quick action. I have recieved several phone calls from like numbers all having the same charachteristic of no message has been left by person calling my number and when I try to call back I get the message that the voicemail is full
