Staying on and pressing the number to have them take your phone # off their list apparently does nothing.

WTF, These guys are calling. Anyone know who they are?

This Telemarketing Co. keeps calling using different caller ID numbers(cell). They call almost daily and they are a rip off scam operation--Beware!!

I have received numerous calls from this company and each time I ask to speak to a supervisor (after pressing the only option (1) to talk to a live human) they tell me they are all in a meeting.  Several times I have had very belligerent sales reps talk over me for several minutes and argue with me.  I think next time they call I will turn on my cell phone and use the "fog horn" application I have to blast them in the ears.  ugh.

If they refuse to let you send a notice not to call further, can you still file a complaint with the state?

I have another number 407-254-4116 that they call from.  These morons even called on a Sunday!  I told the girl (Brittany) that I was on the "do not call list" and they can't make calls on Sunday.  She replied that is only true if she was a telemarketer but she's only providing a service for a free energy assessment.  I told her that she IS a telemarketer because she's having someone come to my house who will then in turn try to sell me something and I was reporting her.  Then on Monday I received 3 calls from that company one of which was Brittany again.  I told her she called me yesterday and once again I wanted her to stop calling me.  She replied that I would probably receive more calls until I agreed to the in home assessment.  I asked where she was located (so I can send in my complaint) and she hung up on me.  The only reason I even pressed one to get someone on the phone was so I could have them stop calling - I am going to try to figure out who this company is calling.

I suggest notifying the attorney general of your state. They are allowed to call all seven days of the week, but once you ask them to stop calling you, they're supposed to do it.

This is ridiculous. The list of numbers from this same organization calling my cell phone is growing weekly. I have filed complaints against many of these numbers with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe the large number of complaints will elicit some quick action.

I recieved over ten phone call with like situation the caller leaves no message and when I tried to call back I get the massage that the voicemail box is full

A different company called Southern Energy Managment has this posted on their web site.  "We don't do telemarketing. If you received a call attempting to schedule a "free home energy survey" - please be aware this is NOT our company, but a company in Florida doing business as "Southern Energy Solutions." We have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General."   Good!   I hope they put these [***] out of business!

The last comment about this number is Nov 11,2010!
They called me this morning but my cell phone is set to Do Not Disturb so it will never ring if you are not in my phone book!
Guess this number is active again!
