This is a Telemarketing Co. and they will keep calling using different caller ID numbers.
They are a rip off and a sham.

I have received repeated called from this and other numbers all stating they had a energy audit available in connection with rebate money. How can I stop these calls?

If you call the number, a recording asks you to leave a message. The mail box is always full probably with messages asking this company, whoever they are, to stop calling.

Ditto the same thing for me

We have received several of these calls. It's the same message regarding an energy audit, all from cell phones.
Our number is unlisted plus being on the National Do Not Call list. Apparently this does no good.

The company is a telemarketing firm in Orlando who keeps changing there name every time the heat gets to hot. They claim they are not selling any thing on the phone, that's why they can call the DNC list.
Which is not true because every sale that is made they make the most money by using contractors financing and installers at a very low cost. The salesmen who sell solar hot water heaters are run by this firm who pay sales managers a salary using the contractors name. The salesman sell SHW heaters at a huge price of $13,000.00.   They were using First Solar and are now using S. D. I. in lake park (850 13st) because First Solar is out of business because of so many complaints. David Burrows the owner of S.D.I. is well aware of this but the money is there so he is taking the risk. This is a huge "Black Eye" to the solar industry and is going to make it hard on everyone else. NEEDS TO STOP

This is ridiculous. The list of numbers from this same organization calling my cell phone is growing weekly. I have filed complaints against many of these numbers with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe the large number of complaints will elicit some quick action. These energy audit calls are coming from a marketing company hired by SDI Solar.  You should file complaints with the state against SDI Solar who is responsible for the marketing efforts of companies they hire.

Go to the Better Business Bureau site that comes up for SDI Solar.  File complaints against the company with the BBB so their ratings drop. Hopefully they will get a drop in business as well.
