I also received call from this number. Didn't recogize name so let the answering machine get it. Message left started in the middle of message and was something about lowering interest rates to 6.5% and press 1 to continue call or press 3 for something else.

This is probably the worst offender of these boiler room scammers.  Always the same ploy, reducing CC interest rates............ always hang up when I ask which card they are calling about ;-)

Reported on the FCC site a number of times, begining to that that's a waste of my time and tax dollars.

Wanted to reduce my interest rates on my credit card. What good is the do not call registry? Calls like this come on on an almost daily basis.

I just got another call from Robert Kennedy about something that has nothing to do with me. I have been getting these calls about every week and a half to two weeks and no matter what I do, I can't stop it.
Yet again, I just got an another call and when I got connected the stupid unprofessional idiot hanged up on me as soon as I asked not to be called again

What's wrong with your [***] [***]?? Instead of calling me, call your [***] mother and ask her why was she stupid enough to bore you. I owe nothing to no one you piece of [***]

Answer machine picked up half of the message: " press# 3 to lower interest rate on credit card before this offer expires".   I screen every one of my calls before answering them.  We need to fight back.  These scam calls are getting too frequent and annoy our daily life.

Next time, I will answer the call instead of avoiding them.   I will tell whoever on the other side that I am also a telemarketer myself and am currently offering a calling plan which can significantly lower their phone bill, cellular phone bill or VOIP bill.   Any communication devices they've been using to annoy and scam people with.

These spineless, parentless,totally worthless DNA carriers won't identify themselves.  The number V09231400200153 appears on my caller ID.

It looks like the same rude SOB that called Dave called here.  Not only was he rude but vulgar.  I cannot put what he said in this forum.  These creatures are scammers and jerks.

This company is trying to steal your personal info.  Fraud.  Asked to be removed and he told me to F*CK OFF and went on a rampage.      Avoid at all costs

I was called by the robo scammers again today. They call every day. At first I'd just hang up. Then I started choosing option "3" to discontinue further calls. Today I decided to talk to someone. When an agent came on line I stated that I was on the do not call list. The agent said "I don't give a sh*t, this is a Mastercard and VISA reduction call". After a shocked pause I said I've chosen option 3 several times to discontinue further calls and... to which the agent interrupted and said "I don't give a f*ck".  Then I lied and said he'd reached an extension of the FBI and he said "I don't give a f*ck. F*ck you, and f*ck your wife too". I hung up and reported the incident to the NC State Attys Office, who told me they're scammers who want money to go to people's credit card company and reduce they're rates, which never happens of course. They "wash" their calls through an outside the US facility and then the calls come back into the States. Watch yourselves. These are really baaaad people! They use other numbers too, but this is the most popular one. Use your caller ID, and don't answer if it's from this number, or any number you don't recognize.

Got a call today from the above number. Caller ID said Robert Kennedy. No message left. I just deleted the number. Don't waste your time with these scam calls..just delete, delete, delete.

OMG...just got another call from Robert Kennedy. They just won't give up...no message left...just a hangup. Caller ID is the best invention since sliced bread...time to delete again! This time the caller ID said Kennedy, Robert...last time it was Robert Kennedy. A scam by any other name would still smell!!!!!

Rachel again. It's "URGENT" I contact them to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. One thing that changed is the caller ID showed "Robert Kennedy". Slick [***]. I just hung up on her in mid sentence.

Can you tell me how you blocked it? I too have been getting calls and today I answered it ( which I usually don't) but wanted them to put me on their DNC ( do not call ) when I pressed 3 nothing happen so I pushed  1 as they requested. The person answered and said you are you ready for a great credit rate and I said no, I just want to be on the DNC list and pressing #3 doesnt work.. he just hung up. UGH so bugged right now. Any info you can provide to block this number will be greatly appreaciated .

The ID indicated the call was from Robert Kennedy.  When I asked which credit card was calling, a man came on and said he was with Visa Corporate.  I asked why my caller id said "Robert Kennedy" and the fellow on the other end just started making wind & whistling noises!

An annoying scam.  Been called multiple times by this "special" offer.
