They are harassing me night and day

very spooky!  just started getting these calls out of the blue to both my cell and my office number.  i didn't answer the calls for several days (i kept receiving calls for that long), and then when i finally picked up, i got hung up on.  i was so freaked out, i blocked the calls.

I have MS and do not like to be called at 8:30 on Saturday. These people get the same reply from me every...You are now dealing with NovaDebt..Bugger off

Chase called me 17 times on Saturday, and 14 times on Sunday.  Luckily I had left my cell phone at work and I didn't have to listen to it ring all day.  We moved in May, and I have made several attempts to get them to update my address and send me a bill.  I kept sending payments via bill pay, because I knew I had a debt.  Then I get a bill forwarded to me from my old address that shows my new interest rate is 30%.  I have been a Chase customer for years without any problems until this.  I called them and they said that they would go by the contract and didn't care that I had been a good customer for many years.  I asked them to change my address, and they said it had to be in writing, which I did.  Still have not received a bill.  So I haven't sent them a payment since August.  Now they call, and will not change the address or send me a copy of the invoices.  So frustrating.  I will continue to send them my old payment, under the 11% interest rate until they figure it out.  I hate the volume of calls though.

Chase collection people...I have blocked this number...works GREAT...
Hope it pisses them off as much as they have pissed me off in the past...Turned them over to Novadebt...Don't think they wanted to hear that and I am now very happy...Done to them as they have done to me, but in reverse...

Have been getting calls from this number every day starting at 5 a.m and last call at midnight. No one ever talks or leaves a message. Must be very desperate to get money for a scam. Sorry for the depression that the republicans caused but they can't get money from bankruptcy.

Been customer over 10 years. I have never been late with any of my payments. Always have paid double or triple the minimum payment which is $60.00. They have all of a sudden asking for a minimum payment of $300.00.
Now my next payment is due on the 30th and they have been calling my home and my job since the 10th without even missing a payment. So how come they are harrassing someone who has never missed a payment nor paid late.

This Phone number(407-771-0887 ) has been calling 10 to 12 times a day every day both Saturday and Sunday.What's someones best guess as to how long they keep it up.It's been almost 2 months now.

Chase keeps calling and calling and never leaves messages.  They are a big pest!!!  I wish I can take my business elsewhere!

They call me during school, and I don't even know WHY, and their messages just have something that sounds like a fax machine and muffled crying. I don't know what they want.

Always a hang up call, many times a day even after I have asked them not to call as this is a business number that are calling

Really?  I'm not on the verge on bankruptcy.  I read contracts before I sign them.  I don't blame banks for my own lack of self control when it comes to spending.  As a responsible American who works hard every day, I resent being lumped in with these idiots that can't read fine print and them blame banks for the situation they find themselves in.  I don't need a foregiveness clause and I don't want to pay for one for the rest of America.  Nobody should get a bailout.  Not individuals, not corporations, not banks.  You want a bail out?  Get out of bed in the morning, bust your butt working - create a new business, innovate.  That's what made America great once - and if she's ever great again it'll be the strength of her people not their neediness and hopeless begging for bailouts that gets her there.  I'm ashamed for you.  I'm embarrassed of you.

I keep getting an excessive amount of calls from this number. They don't leave any message. I am a Chase customer but I am not past due on my account. Its so irritating.

They call me weryday from Monday to Sunday

They call everyday.  I'm behind but I send token amounts to all my
creditors all of whom call me either at home or work.  I paid off one
credit card and working on paying off another while the others get token
payments.  I work on paying off the smallest balances first to remove
the strain.  I may have to go back to working 2 jobs just to get them off
my back.  I had to quit the last part time job because it was dangerous
to my health and safety(and illegal).  Sure, for the 2 years I worked that
additional job they got paid ahead, my health suffered, and I almost
fell asleep behind the wheel of truck.

They should never give bailouts, only long prison sentences, to these
people.  And they should serve their sentence in the most violent
federal facilities known !

Damn !  They just called again !  I'll look for another part time job
without the dangerous scheduling.  In the mean time, give these idiots
150 years in prison like they did to Bernie Madoff !

FYI credit card debt is unsecured debt . . keep that in mind

could u tell me which bank? I am involved with several bank cc's and plan to take the debt settlement route.

as soon as my payment hits, the calls start again.. i'm waiting to get some money to pay the card off and get rid of it, for the meantime, they keep raising the rates and won't work with me, so, i pay what i can.. i just go on line, set up a payment when i know i get paid, and the calls stop.. what pisses me off, is they call my cell phone... how did they get that number is what i want to know!!!

What in the hell is up with that and there buddy's from F.L call me and will not quit I have told them that I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and not to call me but they still do. My attorney will not tell them to stop.

i too have been receiving these phone calls from chase. i cant pay my full amount i owe at the moment till the end of next month. i personally called and told them that and they were nice about it. now theyve been calling me 5-10 times a day. even into evening hours and one phone call was at 1am in the morning! isnt that illegal?
