People, how many times do we need to post the same warning?  This is NOT Chase Bank. It is a scam company operating from Sanford Florida and they are trying to collect your personal information so they can rip you off. You can call Chase Bank at their main phone number, it is available right on their official website, and ask to speak with the fraud division. They will tell you exactly what they told me, there is no Chase operation that uses this phone number, and they believe it is a scam and you should not give out any personal information to someone you don't know.

I have been plagued by calls from this number, and it started right after giving it out to Radio Shack.  As I was making a cash purchase at the time I could not figure out why they needed my phone number.

I am not late with any bills- always pay on time..  So why are they harassing me?  I get calls every few days.  I don't answer phone numbers I do not know.  So frustrating when I am on the do not call list.

They keep calling and leaving messages for the WRONG person!  My vm clearly has my name, female and it's not even remotely close to the name of the person, male, they are calling for.  Additionally, they leave the messages in Spanish -

Chase calls at least 4-5 times a day for somone named Lydia ?? no clue and this is harrassment. these people need a class A lawsuit!

I've been receving phone calls from this number and when I answer they hang up on me, annoying!!

They keep calling me asking for some guy that I've never heard of. I tell them they have the wrong number, but they keep calling 5 times a day.

I constantly get these Calls. I called this number. Belongs to Chase Card Services. Theft asked for my phone number and said they will remove me from the list. I will find out what happens.

I'm getting calls from different numbers that all have to do with Chase Bank.  The problem I have with them is that I have never had  credit card with them.  I would say that they have the wrong number!

I also keep getting calls from this number, the FTC has to get their sh#t together and make them STOP!!!!!

Do it yourself or go to the nearest Consumer Credit Counseling (CCC) office, which will do it legally and for a very small fee.
CCC will even work with you over the Phone or through the Mail if traveling to their office is a problem.
CCC is staffed by skilled professionals with years of experience and are up-to-date on the latest regulations, laws and methods.

I get  20 times a day.  This is harassment and againt the law.    I am reporting them to day .     Chase Bank
I'm also emailing  the CEO of Chase Bank 20 times today to let him experience how invasive their tactics are.

I received a call during the day. I didn't recognize the number and did not answer. Caller did not leave a message. Now I see this number is associated with CHASE. I have never had an account with them.

This only applies to collection agencies, not first party collection. In other words, since they are the creditor, that does not apply. Sorry.

They call my phone nonstop, sometimes before 8AM and after 7PM! It is very annoying because they are calling for my mom and not me! They must have googled my number because its on her phone plan. They never leave a message either and this is the 4th # they have called me from. The most often one is from Illinois.. I will NEVER have anything to do with Chase ever. Do NOT take your money there unless you want to be harassed nonstop and have them calling your husband/kids 24/7.

I do not, and never did, have an acct with Chase.  They've called me every day for a week.
