- RyanThis is NOT Chase. This is a phishing scam.
I called the 800 number on the back of my Chase Visa, and spoke to a rep. She confirmed to me that calls from this number are a phishing scam.
Needless to say, do NOT give these people any personal information. - DKam getting several calls/day from this #. the voicemail messages are just noise and in one i heard someone's voice briefly.

- SentinelI receive calls from this number several times a day on my cell phone. I called from another phone and the computer wanted my credit card number. I typed in a string of 16 numbers and was put on hold for a live operator. When she answered I waited a few seconds then softly said 'Initiate trace'. She hung up immediately.

- John D.| 5 repliesThis is NOT a scam, folks. It's Chase. If you got a call from 407-771-0953, maybe even with a few hangups, or you answered and nobody was there, it's just their Flintstones phone system and a case of one department not communicating with another. It IS Chase. They'll eventually leave a message asking you to call 866-252-5776, because you forgot to pay your bill. Happens to the best of us (ask me how I know). They DO NOT ask for your full credit card number, and in fact the rep I talked to was very nice and waived the $39 late fee. I confirmed all of this by logging into my account online. I suggest you call them before you have a lovely 30-day late show up on your credit reports for the next 7 years, all because some guy name Ryan thinks it's a phishing scam.

- KK replies to John D.You are sooooooooooooooo right!
- U. R. Wrong replies to John D.| 1 replyIT IS A SCAM.
1) I spoke to a rep. She claimed I was late on my bill and game me the last 4 digits of my card for reference. Trouble is, I haven't had that Chase card for 7 years. Hmmm.
2) Just call 407-771-0953 and see for yourself. The call answers with "Please enter your FULL 16-digit credit card number". - FRAUD ALERTThis is indeed a phishing fraud - I confirmed it with Chase!!
Numerous other frauds run by the same group, all for various banks. Note all of the threads have multiple shill postings all insisting the call is "real" - a sure sign of a fraud.
