SCAMMERS from Chat. TN.  I.D.  showed UNKNOWN. They won't leave a message.  I don't know you so don't call here anymore.  JUST ANOTHER SCAMMER.

Called my land line at 8:40 p.m. from Chattanooga, TN and left no message.  Thank you to those above who did answer and reported to this website so the rest of us know what scammer tried to call.  I am blocking this number.  Never fear... more of these calls tomorrow as they never end.  Very frustrating!!!

Called on Sunday; noted all these comments.  Yes Tom, Call Blocker is great investment.
They need to outlaw calling us at Home on our private personal time.  ENOUGH.

No message left, we didn't even hear the phone ring, and just saw the missed message indicator.

They called at 9 PM and leave no message.  Don't they realize some people go to bed early or might be sick and resting?

Illegal callers, scammers, frauds do not care about any laws and don't care if they wake someone up either.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

My favorite thing to do is answer the phone and say "Your caller 103 and YOU just won 103 dollars! :) Sometimes they'll respond and other times it's a robocall. If you get a live human, tell them to delete you from their phone list or your going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission"  I like the phone blocker idea the best.

Caution, 423-777-5497 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.   Shared from callercomplaints.com

Despite previous report saying this was a spoofed number and being a scammer, I think this was a legitimate research call on local hospitals. Nothing personal or probing.
Still a nuisance, but harmless.

Keep getting phones calls from this marketing firm... No one is there when we answer and when we dial back we get a recording about this marketing call. No way to be removed off the list

Calls no one on line apparently they are gay and gat their kicks by annoying others.
