I called back the number and I got a recording saying the customer representatives are busy at the moment, please hold.  I called them twice and both times I could hear voices in the background but got no answer.    Has to be a scam .....................  blocked

I think I wrote this on another number.  I called back the number and a recording said all representatives are busy, please hold.  When they answered I could hear people in the background but they would not answer me.  Perhaps I should have answered in Spanish?

Either way they are rude.  I called them twice.  Must be scam.

have received multiple calls from this number you can hear multiple people in the background but they will not talk to me

I called back and a man said (in what sounded like an Indian or Pakistani or Bangladeshi accent) that they saw I recently purchased a domain name and offer website hosting etc all under one roof.  I said no thanks and hung up.

Call to a business, phone answered, dead air on other side.  Based on the above 800notes entries, we conclude scam.

this is a web builder company. I bought a domain name from Godaddy and go call from these people. Scam

I just received a call from this number. They left a 10 second voicemail message with nothing but some sniffing and voices in the background. It sounded like a call center. This was within a week or so of purchasing a new domain name. I'm just going to block them.

A lady called me know my name, then hang up.

Why are people calling back, or even answering? You're just asking for more scam calls!

got a call from a man..sounded like middle eastern accent and he was telling me "you recently bought a domain and is not working PREPERLY.. I just hand up.

What surprises me is that they have my first and last name. I dont know how they got it.

Yep...I recently bought a domain and obviously that's why they are calling me.  Will block.

I just got a domain name too from Go Daddy ! I have received more scam calls in the last 3 days !! Ugh

I also got a domain from GoDaddy right before they called. For those wondering the name you purchase he domain under is public info unless you pay extra to hide it.

Thanks for all the information on who has been calling me from this number.  I did recently buy a domain name, and for the first time, they wanted me to pay extra to hide my information, which I didn't.  I have another domain name that I have had for about 10 years now, and they never asked me for more money to keep my info private.  Maybe this is something new, so I may get that same notice when it is time to renew my other domain name.  Sad that they have released this info out now.

I got the same call - same accent, same sales pitch re my recently purchased domain name etc........I said thanks but no thanks, and hung up. Blocked the number now!!
