If you issues that you need resolved, call 469-298-1200 and ask for a manager. Account are assigned to collection agencies by creditors. We dont determine who is placed for collections.

The posting by LOX, seems to be something without specifics, if an account is turned in and the money isnt owed, that is at fault of the creditor. If you did in fact call the creditor, have them call us, I assure you we have a contract on file for the placement of accounts.   Customer place accounts in error often and pay us an admin fee for doing so.

We may have from time to time customers or debtors that maybe upset about something.  We want to resolve any issues you may have.

We are not out to get anyone, we don't determine who gets placed for collections, we just do the job our client hires us to do.

In doing that, if you have any issues or concerns, we want to know, we want to look into them and resolve it the correct way.

Posting issues out here without contacting us to resolve the issue, almost ensures that we can't make you happy.

We can do business the right way with you.

Please call 469-298-1050 or send an email to sales@hhtcfs.com to get your situation handled.

This person, Chad.. Corey.. George or whatever name he gives is fast approching the harassment point.  He called a couple of times and Haller Harlan came up on the caller ID, now.. only Blocked Call, BUT, he calls us SO OFTEN, I KNOW HIS VOICE. no matter how he trys to change it. We have said remove us from your list a number of times, my boss took the call once and TOLD him personally that he WAS NOT interested and he still calls.  Now he just hangs up when you tell him the boss is not in.   WE WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS IN THAT MANNOR AND WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  I am reporting them to the BBB and hope everyone who has this problem does too.  Something has to be done to stop these people.

Jeff, Just called and got your voice mail which more than I have gotten from the other two numbers from your company. The first from Tim Thompson on Friday April 24, 2009 said he was representing a company that I have never heard of and that I owed them 5054.68 and that he was filing a law suit against me.  Well I tried to call and find out what it was about no service.  I called the company which I found to be local and talked with the owner and found it to be someone else with the same name.  The owner was to call and have my number taken off the paper work.  I called the local Sheriff's department and filed a complaint.  I also called the court house and found that there was indeed another Mike Horne in the county that was in the business in question that could be the person that owed the money and gave that to the sheriff' department as well.  The sheriff's department tryed to call but no service.  Then on Thursday April 30, 2009 I got a letter dated April 27, 2009 from Mr. Taylor stating the same thing and that "all means of collection procedures as stated by law" would be used.  This is a threat against an someone who has done nothing wrong.  Don't you people check to be sure you have the right person before you make such threats?  Well, it will be interesting to see if you are a man of your word and call me back. I am waiting!! I will post it if you don't!!!!!

I did call... left a message... sent a fax.
But also, turned your firms name and number, as well as the name of the collector, into Verizon.
I've read ALL these remarks and having been in the telemarketing field YEARS ago.. I cannot believe this is allowed!!!!
According the FCC, I need to notify you in writing, which I did today, and you HAVE to stop calling me.  If you do so again, you are reported!

If you are making payments directly to the creditor and we are still calling, that is because the creditor did not or has not reported the payments.  Sometimes that slips thru the cracks. WE NOW RECORD ALL OF OUR CALLS FOR YOUR PROTECTION AS WELL AS OURS.

    ATTENTION

    ALL LAWS ARE BEING FOLLOWED
AND ALL CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED.

WE as a company do not tollarate bad apples that work for us.  Please contact us directly at 469-298-1200 or email jbuono@hhtcfs.com for an immediate investigation.  Again, we dont advocate this kind of behavior, but I assure, we are only calling because you have been placed for collecitons, if its incorrect, dispute the debt, have the creditor provide proof that the debt is owed.  We do not have any problem doing that for you.

Sometimes records are incorrect, so posting your concerns on this website, frankly tells us that you really dont want your situation resolved.

Know your legal rights. Haller Harlan and Taylor is in gross violation of the FDCPA and the Texas Debt Collection Act.
Keeping good records is very important. You
should keep recordings of all phone calls from
collectors, however you must inform the caller
that the conversation will be recorded. Maintain
a call log including the name of the collection
agency, the name of the collector you spoke
with, date of call, and the time the call was
received. Keep a file of all statements, papers,
and letters from collection agencies regarding
    your past due accounts.
Violations or complaints can be reported to
your state’s Attorney General’s office, the
    Federal Trade Commission, and the
American Collectors Association or local State
    Bar Association.

HHT is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, they govern and regulate all commercial collection agencies.  If enough people call them to complain they could get there certificate revoked which would cause them serious damage.

Jeff Buono does work for them and is the VP of Sales.  Michael Haller is the owner of HHT - Haller, Harlan, and Talyor.

Contact Emil Hartleb at the Commercial Law League directly and tell him about these harassing phone calls.  His email address is ehartleb@ccaacollect.com.

His phone number is (312) 781-2000.
