- HHT Dissatified Customer| 2 repliesTried to work with HHT and they treat customers like collections accounts. I suggest NO ONE EVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED AT ALL IT IS ABSURD THE TACTICS THEY USE ON CUSTOMERS. i CAN ONLY WANDER HOW ACCOUNTS ARE HANDLED, MORE THAN LIKELY THEY DO NOT FOLLOW FCPA REGULATIONS.
- update replies to David Hollingsworthagain someone posted this on here as incorrect information
if you have any issues/concerns. please contact jeff at 469-298-1050 and we will resolve your issue, posting things like this on this site only ensures that we won't know you who are and can't help you.
Most of the posts are being made by other companies in our industry that don't like our growth. - update replies to HHT Dissatified Customer| 1 replyBy now you should know that when postings are made on this website they are made by anonymous people that have found this site and apparently refuse to identify themselves. The recent posts are only issues that we have found here on this site. None of the people contact us directly and any further posts have been made without contacting us. If you really have something you would like to address, please contact us directly. Posting on here does not resolve your issue. We have found that 99.9% of these postings are not correct and we made that determination based on the fact that most have not identifed themselves.
Make no mistake about it, if you have any issues/concerns or problems with Haller, Harlan & Taylor we have posted on this site a number of times that we can not address your issues and investigate these matters.
We will not tolerate any of our employees behaving in an unprofessional manner. We have set up a number to get calls on in the event there is something you would like to discuss.
We believe that many of these posters are competitors and there IP addresses will be tracked and brought to justice.
Someone recently posted that we were Members of The Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), we are not, and that again is an apparent attempt to stir up things that just are not true. There is nothing negative about the CLLA, however since we are not members, contacting this organization is not the proper way of getting your issues (if any) addressed.
We do not condone or tolerate unprofessional behavior.
Once again, if you have any issues/concerns that you would like Professionally Addressed, you must contact us directly at 469-298-1050. Ask or Speak with Jeff Buono. - up replies to cc| 4 repliesBy now you should know that when postings are made on this website they are made by anonymous people that have found this site and apparently refuse to identify themselves. Jeff Buono 469-298-1050 - interesting info replies to Jeff Buono| 2 repliesI contacted Jeff Buono at the number he indicated numerous times on this site b/c I was contacted and harasses today by an employee named Emily Hill who was attempting to locate info on a family member through me. I asked to be removed from their calling list and I was hung up on by Emily and then a "manager" when I called back to complain.
It seems that Jeff Buono no longer works for HHT and the company has not hired anyone to fill the VP of Sales position. Interesting? I then asked to speak with the CEO, Mike Haller, and I got the run around. However, I did email him through his 'spokes'account/page. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for not following the Fair Debt Collection Act -- numerous violations were made! - Consumer VengeanceAll the complaints on this site are correct, as I have experienced most of them myself with the vermin at Haller, Harlan and Taylor. Let me suggest a strategy.
1. Don't answer any calls if you do not recognize the incoming phone number.
2. People you care about will leave a message. You can return the calls.
3. When vermin leave a message, you can delete the message.
4. Do not, at any point, enter into a conversation with a debt collector. If you speak with them, they have won. Their tactic is to engage in a conversation with you.
5. Don't waste time filing a harassment complaint. If complaints were effective, they would have stopped these practices. The truth is that the money is too good, and their tactics work enough times, that you cannot stop them. Simply enjoy thwarting them by not answering their calls. It drives them insane.
6. If you have a beef with one particular low life at a debt collection agency because they have been particularly nasty, and you want to get back at them; then, you must definitely not answer their calls. You see, it works like any other business. The boss is yelling at the collector to get the money. If you don't answer his calls, the collector won't be able to report any progress. The boss continues to scream at the collector. The collector is miserable. He hates his life. You have won.
Enjoy your victory.
So, let's fight back guys. Ignoring them is your personal strength.
And, of course, may they all burn in hell.- Caller: Haller, Harlan and Taylor
- Call type: Debt collector
- James| 6 repliesI am looking over these complaints, and did anyone stop to think that these people being called OWE MONEY? Of course they are mad. They can either act like a normal human being and get over it, or stop trying to bad mouth the agency just because they are trying to collect the MONEY YOU OWE!
- Caller: none
- collectors-r-criminals replies to James| 3 repliesSorry to tell ya but no one has to pay money to collectors who have violated the law like these crooks ... did you ever stop to think about THAT? Of course not, you're obviously one of these scum, crooks like you inevitably show up here when your victims learn their LEGAL RIGHTS.
Imagine that, people you claim owe money have LEGAL RIGHTS. Debt is not a crime, but illegal collection behavior like your so-called company practices IS a crime. I think we know who the criminals are, "James".
It's back to the boiler room with you now, thanks for stopping by. Your boss might enjoy your little posts but it won't help you make your quota LOL. - EMPLOYEE replies to collectors-r-criminals| 2 repliesLeave your name and number you big talker!

Read this loud and clear.
We are a collection agency and as such immediate hold thought in ones mind as to what that means. Regardless of what you say on here all collection laws are being followed. And the simple fact that the only issues we read or hear about are on here. Nobody calls.
If you have an issue let's review the recorded call
Please call 469-298-1200 - AD (a real person, not anonymous) replies to upJeff,
I suggest you monitor the phone calls of your agent Jim Thompson. He is rude beyond any creep I have ever encountered, he routinely uses insults, lies, and intimidation tequniques such as "that means you are SCREWED", "You aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer" "I'm going to personally contact your customers and other vendors to see why they are not paying you, or why they can be paid but not my client", "we are sending over a team this afternoon to conduct an asset and liability search of your premises including serial numbers, vehicles, and other personal property".
This would be a clear violation of the law, and clearly violates your firm's Personal Value "Respect for the Individual - We respect the dignity of each individual, whether a fellow employee, client, or member of the general public."
Who is wrong? You, or the facts? - jmalibu replies to Uncle Sam| 12 repliesYea, they are a commercial debt collections company. Businesses are referred to them from there other satisfied clients. Basically they collect on the accounts that most businesses give up on and they do it in 5 days or less. Believe me, they know what they're doing. I had 4 accounts over 3 years past due, all together the accounts were about $498,000. They managed to collect over 83% of the debt! Freaking awesome! I highly suggest this company for any of your debt collection needs. Here's their Web site: http://www.hhtcfs.com/
- aarruffo replies to cc| 1 replylol... First off they are not a sales company. They collect debt for other companies like mine. They managed to collect over $90,000 in past due invoices for my company. I was blown away how fast they got it for me. They called me, I accepted, and not even 24 hours later my past due client was calling me to setup payments.
- rwhiteI run a business supply company and thanks to HHTCFS, I recovered over $90K of bad debt. A true commercial debt collections company.
