- Unsatisfied client replies to jmalibu| 7 repliesYes, they have collected money for my company as well. Unfortunately, THEY HAVE KEPT IT and have not paid it to us. So far have had the money for almost four months and have still not paid it to us.
- Unsatisfied client replies to upJeff - you have been contacted. A BBB Complaint has been filed. You collected money on accounts we turned in and you still have not paid it to us, the customer who hired you. This is not a false statement, and it is not being made by a competitor.
- Random replies to interesting info| 1 replyIf you go to the BBB website that has been listed in the previous threads, you will see that the position has been filled. I see complaints, but where is anyone looking for a solution? Where do you see in these threads a member of HHT calling anyone names or denying; rather solutions are being offered by the company. How many of the threads that are complaints have actually followed through with seeking a solution with the company? Go to the BBB website and see that 99% if all complaints have been resolved. I love public forums where anyone can complain with no availability to resolve. The BBB website proves that solutions have been offered and accepted by both parties. Accountability shows on a verified website like BBB website. Let the truth speak for itself.
- Sunny| 6 repliesCollector called my business and spoke with my service manager, then called back and spoke to my salesgirl. Both times (not introducing himself or asking for management / owners) told my employees that he was sending over a "special agent" to preform a asset audit and the "agent" would be there in 45 minutes unless the owner called back immediately. This sort of scare tactic is unsavory and according to my attorney also illegal.

We are going to the court to get these ip address tracked to these people - nise replies to not happyWe sent a copy of two checks to them. They duplicated the checks. Took our name off the check and wrote in their name as payable to. Somehow got it deposited in their account. It is not looking favorable to collect any money.
- Consumer Vengeance replies to MgrApparently you are unaware of the Vision Media lawsuit against 800 notes. In the suit, Vision Media has been trying, unsuccessfully, to get negative posts removed and to have the I.P. addresses of those posts revealed.
They have been so unsuccessful, that they have just filed to voluntarily remove the suit.
Personally, anything that makes vermin like you unhappy, makes my day.

- JoeCool replies to jmalibuOf course you would write something like that. You must work for them. You can't keep no employees there as you hire them to get a couple accounts for you then mass fire them after they have been there two or so weeks and bring in a new batch of unsuspecting people trying to make it in life. I hope you shut down.
- Former employee replies to JeffHaha. I can't believe you let him ruin your lives for so long. Should of got out while you could of. thanks for letting me go.
- DB replies to Business OwnerWe got messed up with these people. We used them to collect a rather large amount from a customer. After 5 months we still have not seen our money. They are claiming bankruptcy that's why they harrass you for business. Don't use them. They are crooks.
- Jordan replies to RandomPlease provide the contact information for who to contact @ HHT to receive even a phone call back to resolve a problem!!
Let me fill you in on the truth about Haller Harlan & Taylor. They are in violation of their contract that they made with the company I work for. We turned a customer over to their collections dept in May 2010 - it is now Sept 2010 and we have received NOTHING. We have confirmed that our customer has paid HHT a considerable amount of money and we have seen none of this money.
We can't get any kind of response from HHT. No e-mails or phone calls back. We call into their collection dept and when we question them - they hang up the phone. Logan @ HHT who claims to be VP of sales I believe, just hung up on the CEO of our company on 9/21/10 @ approx 930 am. The questions we have for HHT: Why haven't we received any funds from their collection efforts and why can't we get even a phone call or e-mail back?? When asked these questions, Logan hung up.
They are in violation of their contract with the company I work for like I stated above because they stated they would provide statements showing what money was collected and what money had been disbursed. Again we have received NOTHING.
To whomever replies to this post - please do not accuse me of any kind of slander - I am speaking pure facts and I find it very ironic that the CEO of the company I work for is having to find out how to collect from a collection agency.
In my opinion - a complaint needs to be filed with the BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission and this company should no longer be allowed to do business. - Jordan replies to CloserAgain - people are responding saying use your voice and make complaints. WE HAVE!! HHT does not follow thru with their word and they do not follow thru with their contracts. The company I work for has contacted them on a daily basis for weeks now and have yet to receive a return e-mail or phone call.
This has been on-going since May 2010. I think it is very interesting that sooo many have the same story. They turn over an account to HHT and receive NOTHING as far as funds go. We have not received any disbursement of funds from HHT. No contract was ever signed giving them permission to hold the funds - and these funds should be released to the company I work for IMMEDIATLEY.
Again we try to contact HHT - we are either hung up on or receive no return e-mail or phone call. If you ask for a supervisor you are given the run-around and are either hung up on or asked to call back.
Also - you need to understand the problem is not people not paying their bills. HHT is a company that calls trying to collect dept on your behalf. So these are people that are OWED money. Not people that need to pay their bills. They are a collection agency and there are laws in place to protect consumers and they are in serious violation of many. - Jordan replies to pretty much isAgain - the company that was in debt to the company I work for has released payment to HHT - now HHT will not release that money to the company I work for.
So go Obama - woohoo - now how do you collect your money from a collection agency? - Jordan replies to asd| 1 replyHere are specifics:
Stett Transportation - we hired HHT to collect dept on our behalf. That was in May 2010 - it is now Sept. 2010. Logan @ HHT who is VP of sales hung up on our CEO on 9/21/10 @ approx 930 am. We have confirmed that our previous customer has released a considerable amount of money to HHT - now why won't HHT release these funds to Stett Transportation?? Why won't we get a return phone call? Why is the CEO getting hung up on when she asks for her money that is rightfully hers?
Bart @ HHT also has not returned any phone calls or e-mails.
Logan @ HHT has no answers and just hangs up.
