I get email reminders about my domains, not phone calls. In fact, GoDaddy does not have my cell number and that is what these people called on. I always use my house number for things like this. I very rarely let loose with my cell number.

I'll scream IT'S NOT GO DADDY!!!

I've had my domains through them for many years and I have never, ever gotten a phone call from them. They always email me when something arises concerning my accounts (expirations, renewals, etc.). They don't eve have my cell number and that's what these people called on. My home number is listed with them.

Number is from Godaddy.
But why don't they have a caller ID ?
Why aren't they courteous or professional enough to leave a message?

Just got a call from somebody that sounded like an Indian. He asked for a person at this address said he was with Department of legal Affairs caller ID 302-683-1403. I told him I did'nt believe him. He called back twice then stopped.

I got a call from them. It WAS GoDaddy - at least that's what he said. He said I had an account with them which I do and I told him I wasn't interested in whatever he was calling about. He hung up on me.

Sales call... I suspect.

This number [***] called with there [***] message. (Good pitch, but i guess the guy didnt notice the message system came on and all i hear is ( Get me that [***] sandwich and feed the baby) then silence and a woman came on claiming she was part of godaddy and to call back to a private number for better service and account review.
SCAM.

I think the issue is that they do call continuously--they are calling me as early as 0730; and as late as 2100 and it is EXTREMELY unprofessional for a company to call without leaving a message at all; which is what they were doing with me for the past 3 months.  I haven't answered because I thought it was spam.  What legitimate company calls almost daily but won't leave a message??

They called twice on Christmas so yes, they are annoying.

This number calls my cell constantly. They never leave a message. And they call all hours of the day and nite Eastern time. If it's so important that you have to call daily, then leave a message. I don't answer #s I don't recognize.

I don't care if this is GoDaddy or not. I've blocked one number now they are calling me from another. Before this year, GoDaddy never, ever called me. They always send me email notices when my domains are ready to expire. Do they think I'm ignorant and don't know when my domains expire? Why do they feel they need to call me daily...sometimes more than once daily. I've looked all over their web page and can't find a way to opt out of these calls. They are really starting to piss me off.

Indeed, it is from GoDaddy.  I called backed and they tried to sell me a bunch of products.

I wish they would leave a message so I can tell if its legit or not without having to research. I checked my old email account and I did get a domain renewal email from them today. Logged in and cancelled the renewal since it was one of the domains I set up but never did anything with.

I received a message on my office voice mail.  It was from this number and someone was on the other line heavy breathing.  The call duration was two minutes but I dd not intend to listen to the heavy breathing for two minutes.  If this is GoDaddy then I intend to report this call.

Received multiple calls, finally answered. Said he was from go daddy. I have no business with go daddy. Ithen hung up.

It's Godaddy. I own my domain for my website through them. They just wanted to follow up with me and see if everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions. Just a courtesy call! No biggie.

This number is Godaddy.com . They usually call when your domain name is about to expire to remind you to renew.

I seriously doubt this is the real GoDaddy... I have spoken with GoDaddy on the phone on numerous occasions and as I recall they always seem to call me from an 800#. As soon as I said "hello" when this number called me I was instantly hung up on... GoDaddy is not that incompetent that they can't figure out how to use a phone properly. Therefore I would say this is NOT GoDaddy.
