The Better Business Bureau gives them an A+? Their one of the only agencies to get that sort of rating... I looked them up, they are also one of the only agencies to be accredited by the ACA, IACA, and the CLLA. Interesting.

Dry tone. Refusal to say who they were.  So I googled their phone number. Unlike other company's that refuse to pay their debt, we would LOVE to pay off our debts, however, same lame excuse as anybody - no money coming in enough to afford food much less a scamming debt collector.  Small businesses with no assets should be given the benefit of doubt.  Most debts incur on our end due to miscommunication on other company's end (we keep very precise and good notes on file with literally EVERYBODY we work with/for - our business is THAT small).  Being so small of business, no offense Rauch (is it pronounce 'Ronch?') but we can't pay, so intimating won't get you very far.  


Non-lawyer agenies are very amusing for this behavior.

"Lonni" Greytaylor (phonetic spelling) called and left a message yesterday (this is an office and they were looking for a co-worker). She called back today and I mentioned that she had left a message yesterday but the person was not current available. Her response was "Does *** normally not return *** calls?" I said I was not going to debate that with and her response was "Tell *** that *** is in pretrial action" and hung up.  Real professionals - one call then resorts to threats 24 hours later.

A female rudely call me today claiming she was from the firm of Rauch-Milliken asking for my husband.  I said I was his wife could I help her. She asked me to take a message.  Her name was Loni Gray-Taylor regarding a law suit.  I said we don't own any company under that name...she started yelling at me and said well I have his social security number and hung up. I was so upset and pissed off at the call! I called my husband and asked him to call!  He did an was only able to leave a message which was never returned.  I googled the company she referenced and call to find out he had also got the same disturbing call from Rauch-Milliken that morning.  I think they just went through the phone book and started calling...that is so wrong! I am so glad I googled and found this site!  I will be reporting them!

You may be a businessman, or unless you are really working for them, your opinions is naiive.  They treat people with repect only if the debtor does exactly as they instuct. Otherwise they treat debtors like [***]. And they are disruptive to employees.

I too had a call from Bill Thomas...same routine as yours.  In my case, the "investigators" were parked on the street and ready to "take over" my business.  I know this guy from a prior experience...he's 4'9" tall and his testicles were removed after a freak fishing accident.  He's just trying to make himself taller.

Just got a call from these idiots. Made it sound like it was business related, but when he got to the part of who he was with, he just mumbled it. I guess he thinks I'm a dumb a**. I think it's fun messing with these incompetent people. If you need help or would like to mess with them, get there name and call them at there house at dinner time on a Saturday or something it's very funny how they respond.

It's Rauch Milliken calling about an outstanding debt.  They were pretty decent with me about it, but I did agree to pay the debt in full and was respectful to them.

What exactly do you mean by Commercial Debt?  Was it for YOUR BUSINESS?

They pay thier dues on time and the BBB will not do anything bad against a dues paying member.

You cannot rely on BBB ratings - because they are WRONG - siding with the member over ripped off customers..

I too got many calls from them. All for a collection on Yellowbook ads that went too far and done under false pretenses. Do not intend to pay them anything. What should be between $300 to $500 turns out to be $2400 with many fines and penalties. If yellowbook had talked to me and listened when I called them, this never would have gone this far or this long. Never deal with a collection agency. My credit rating proves I pay all my bills except crooks.

Got a calll from this Rauch Milliken..  A female identified herself and stated she was calling from Roauch Millikan Attorneys.  She explained the debt and gave me a case number.  I asked her if I could call her back at  504-837-6995.  She stated that 5504-837-6995 was a generic number and gave me an 800 number.   Red Flags went up for me.  She talked over me and would not let me talk.  I finally yelled wery loudly "HEY".  She continued to talk in that monotone broken record voice.  I hung up.  Received a letter stating that I had 5 days to get the amount paid or they were going to put attachments on my assetts and seize all my bank accounts, invintory.  She stated that Rauch Milliken was an attorney's office !!!!!

I'm familiar with their threats.  I'm a small business owner with a debt in dispute with another company. The company turned the debt over to Rauch and I receive a letter saying they are hiring a private detective to investigate my assets and plan to seize my bank accounts on this $2000 debt.  Really?  Listen, I owe money to IRS in excess of $10K and I don't receive these kinds of calls/threats from them and they actually have the power to really follow through.  I regularly pay my bills personally and professionally unless there is a dispute.  Unless these idiots actually get a judgement against me in court, they're not accessing any of my accounts or seizing anything.

Yeah someione called from here a few times. Lisa Lopez, and a letter asking a company they were collecting for if they wished to hire them for so and so much m oney, and that they would hire a P.I. in my area, etc... It was amusing because they sent it to me andh not the creditor. I actually contacted the creditor thru the BBB and told them about this as they already had a legal firm on my acoount, and he said he had never heard of these people. LOL... these people are scum. They are nothing but leaches that look up debt and try to collect without the knowledge of the creditor. Like ambulance chasers. They are the lowest form of life.
I had my attorney contact them with a cease and desist order. They di for about a year and I got a call with no message from them the other day. Scum scum scum,

I just got off the phone with them, and the phone calls are not recorded.  Unless they record all phone calls with out the acknowledgement of the other caller?!  How would that stand up in court? tr the liar

My assistant recieved a call yesterday from this number A lady named Linda Mathews asked for me and when told I  was not in she proceded to ask for all kinds of personal information including email address. She also asked my assistant to tell me they were just before taking me to lidigation court to collect for their client.  I will not pay these people however, I will be paying the original company who I owe the money to.
