got a call from them too.  Just fed up with all this! The banks play funny with our money, should be belly up themselves, but get bailed out and are still in business.  Us little guys, who have almost lost EVERYTHING, and are barely hanging on, get calls from these people trying to drive us further in the ground!  Give it up!  Don't you think that if we had the money, we would have paid you?  Do you really think people over the past two years just decided to go out of business, or get laid off and stop paying bills to give you collectors something to do???
Did you know that we have a national debt in the trillions?  Try and collect that!!!  You know, you could ask for over 2700 years of DAILY post-dated checks of one million dollars each to almost pay for the current debt!  And just think R-M, you bought the debt for less, so you could make some good $!!  Chase that ambulance!!!

I think I talked to the same guy, but I was fairly certain he was drunk - didn't have a speech impediment - just slurred speech. When I accused him of calling me after he had been drinking he got defensive and hung up.

I received a call from this Bill Thomas guy as well. Per him the lawyers are coming to take everything. As if it wouldn't take two years for the matter to work through the courts. Not to mention that the party they are collecting for never lived up to their side of the bargain. Any suit will be met with a counter-suit. Of course the lawyers will be just as hungry as poor Bill here to get whatever scraps are thrown to them.

I Have been doing my job for 30-plus years and the things being said on this are not true. I have never implied i was an attorney of anykind. The person who will not i.d. them self only as Bones is not giving the correct phone number. Charlie give it a rest that why as a professional we record all our calls and anounce we are doing so. These statement are not true.

That number calls me, they get voicemail, i call the number i get voice mail.  No clue what its about, I get "this is john milken call back with the reference number xxxxxx at 1800 whatever. CLICK.   I call back with the number, my name and phone number CLICK.  I wonder how long it will go on until i can find out what it is about.  Doesn't sound too important and more rude than anything so my interest in calling back relative to other messages is real low on my call back list. Have some respect who ever you are!!!!!    I'm going to save all of the messages through one of those message saving companies and see if I ever get a live person. I'll report back here then.  Good luck with these goofs everyone.  And to Devon. I'm not sure yet, but if they are truley a debt collector, that first threatening letter sent by mail immediatly ups there percentage rate about 30%. While you are getting the letter, their customer is getting the letter about the increase. LOL  what a joke.  I learned trying to use a collection company to get some money owed to me.  I wish i could up my prices 30% by sending a letter without proof of anything.  Then you have to beg the collection companies to give your money to you. Its the most corrupt business i've ever seen.

The number belongs to a collection company that uses illegel threats to demand payment(s) from people. Rauch Milliken claims and acts like a law firm and talks like a law suit is being filled. Close look at there web site tells me there are low life debt collectors.

I agree fully. I had a similler problem with these people. It seems that the big companys are out to get every little doller. Screw em.

Bill Thomas called us and said he was representin Loni Grey Taylor in a lawsuit and that we could settle before it goes to court- same situation as described above-I knew it sounded like false extortion because of the forcefullness of his lines- I think we may have an outstanding debt to Yellowbook as well-but the previous owner of our business called and changed our phone number to his new number so we refused to pay-

I'd laugh in their faces, but I'm too busy planning a lawsuit against their client Ad-Ventures Publishing Inc. for harassment.  I asked Ad-Ventures them to provide proof that I or anyone associated with my business signed a contract with them for advertising or promotional services.  They never replied, instead they called my business, cell and home phones several times a month over the past year wanting me to pay this "alleged" debt that they failed to provide proof of.

Now they've assigned the debt to this agency in another country for collection.  Good luck recovering something I don't and never did owe.

Wonder if I could sue Rauch Milliken International, Inc.as well?

This company is calling people making threats about seizing assets, 1099 accounts, getting PI and attorneys.  Talking over people not letting you talk.

Bullsh*t, they are very aggressive from the get go, they are going to come in and check assets and bank accounts etc, seize everything and garnish wages. so the company can get there money. Very rude don't allow you to speak say everything is recorded but not once have they asked to record conversation.

ROACH MILKEN Called me and told me I have 3 days or else. These people are a joke.

Bottom-feeders.  A bunch of kids and old people that can't get other jobs sitting arounnd some sloshy office that stinks of stale urine and is musty for sure, full of cubicles, you know, a phone bank.  Games to them, frustrating to a small business that is stuggling through.

rude unprofessional person called me protending to be a lawyer, i haven't heard anything from the company they suppose to represent for a year. he threatened to take me to court and wasn't willing to listen to anything i said. i hope someone will stop them. times are hard enough without having bad people taking advantage of the situation.

Got a call from a rough sounding, NY accented broad who stated she was an attorney and was going to serve a summons.  Told her to go screw herself.  She stated the call was being recorded and the judge would love to hear this.  Told the bulldog broad that California was a two party state (both sides must agree to tape recording.  She cursed me, told me to learn the law and hung up.  Filing a complaint with the Louisiana BBB as well as filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office.

This number called as if they were an attorney representing yellowbook. The stated they were filing papers in court against my business and that they wee giving me one more change to pay $326.00 and would I be using a debit aor credit card today.  I told them I had made a complaint to the BBB under YELLOW BOOK and a Company out of Louisiana and not to call this phone number again.  She then tried to get the fax number.

I received a call from these people about an outstanding debt of $3900 for yellowbook. I think she said her name was glen matthews, from their legal department...not sure cause of her monotone, condescending voice. Glad I found this site, I will not be calling her back with any information of mine. Not sure how they think I owe them money or how they got my cell phone number...I don't own any company and I'm only 24.
