I get a call from these fools everyday! They told me that I had a tickets from nasty East Cleveland which is the poorest city in Cleveland,Ohio. They told me I had tickets for 07 and 08! I'm like really? They are from portable speeding cam's. Then they said I had another one from last year from which I never recived notices from. They have the plate numbers and everything. So I sent them a money order for $140 and called them and told them the money was in the mail and they wouldn't charge a extra $100. Needless to say they called back months later saying I still owe them $100 they recived it in the mail a week too late. I asked them what was the purpose of calling you and telling to you the information about the money order if you still were going to charge me the extra $100 and also why didn't the young lady tell me that when I callled to give her the information? I asked to listen to the tape of the conversation and they said they couldn't do that I had to go online to listen to it. I went on their website and there is nothing of a sort on there that you can listen to the recording. So I will be calling stupid poor East Cleveland mayor to fight this. They are a poor city who is trying to get money out of people!

I had a call from them last night. Bing'd the number this morning and saw the posts about the courts, municipality, warrants, etc. I just paid a fine last week for my husband's speeding ticket from a year ago (whoops!) that had turned into a warrant, again whoops - thank goodness he didn't get pulled over again. I am going to ignore it because I know my case is handled due to the release I got in the mail.
I am guessing they get your information by researching court records.

Constant calling, check the web, outdated traffic collection.   I do not have any pending
unpaid tickets.   Need to get these [***] of my back

This is the same thing that happens to me.  I get the recorded message even when I pick up the phone.  I find it very hard to belive that a legit collection company would not have an actual person on the line when you pick up the phone.  If they really want me to call them back they should certainly provide more details in their message.

As for the people who say they were stopped and arrested, I find that very hard to believe.  I think you might be someone from this company trying to scare people!

This call is scammed. Don't call them back. If its really court related then your local judge will send you letters stating that you have outstanding fines...

Nice try Municipal Services Bureau, sorry that's the job you have, at least you have a job right ? I received calls for months 2 times a day, sometimes I would get the "automated message" with a Sharon Osbourne sounding voice, or a male voice announcing that "Someone in this household has a urgent court matter". I've answered the phone a couple of times and talked with a representative. They always give me the "This is an attempt to collect and any information is blah blah blah spiel, They tell me how much I owe, about $300, then they ask "How would you like to take care of this". I don't have the money right now, I was recently laid off, I'm more worried about putting food on the table and keeping the lights on. I told the representative that I would rather deal with the courts and possibly set up some kind of payment plan, if I had the money I would be skeptical of paying some company I've never heard over the phone. The rep coldly responded that police in my area have my vehicle description and would be looking for me. Sure I broke the law when I did, sure I didn't show up for court, I understand that. Police resources should be put to better use, The way this "Company" operates is harassment that should be illegal

They keep calling every other day. Finally decided to call back and see who they are. They did say Municipal Services and were collecting something. They asked if I was a Dante Mendoza, told them no I was not. They apologized and said they would  remove the number off the list.  But guess what. Two more 512 -area code numbers also keep calling.   Well, my number is recycled as all numbers are, so they are probably going by previous users.

Get several calls a day with this number...and several other 512 numbers.  I do not answer calls I don't know...but it is getting annoying...They left an automated message a couple of times..threatening sounding about some court matter...No nothing about any court matter..no letters in the mail...WHAT!
Is there a way to stop these calls??  SCAM!!  But I would love to stop the calls....

I also got calls from them shortly after I recieved a letter from them stating they were collecting on a traffic ticket I got in 1986 in another state and they wanted $865.00. It was a fix it ticket for having window tint on a vehicle. I removed the tint and took it to the HWP who should have written it off. Let them call all they want. They're never going to collect this crazy amount.

I've been getting these calls three or four times a day for the last three months.  The number of calls is increasing.  The thing is I don't have any traffic violations and I haven't had a car since 1991.  I take the bus or walk places.  And wouldn't I have received a notice in the mail at some point if I had a traffic violation?

The other thing is that the caller doesn't list the person they are calling, just "someone in your household might have an urgent court matter."  How vague is that?

When I lived in another city I was harrassed by debt collectors who were looking for the people who had my phone number before it was issued to me.  This company phoned me at all hours and this went on for three years until I moved to another city and got a new phone number.  And now these fake court people are harrassing me.  I tried going through the Attorney General with the first company that harrassed me and of course the reps from the company lied and said that they would stop phoning me, but they never complied.

This harrassment should be illegal.

If it was so urgent the sheriff would have come to my house. So I D is a true tool.

This phone number has been calling everyday.  States that it is concerning a court matter.  I know I have no wrong doings.  I've only had this phone for about a year.  Caller ID gives this number and the VM gives me 800 295 0851.  I also googled the 800 number and it shows up as junk caller.

I meant that the caller id of 512-532-8633 wants me to return the urgent court matter by calling 800-295-0851

These people keep calling from different numbers.  I just had my number changed and they started calling within five min.

this number calls my house at least 3 times a day. I have tried calling back but it won't accept my calls. I owe no money and have no outstanding tickets. I have also filed with Do NOT Call but to no avail. I'm getting very irritated. And now my partner is home recovering from a major heart attack and has to put up with the phone ringing from these idiots. How do I stop this>

I get calls from the same phone #'s along with 3 other phone #'s they use all from a 512 area code. They call my cell phone everyday and leave the same annoying message as others have talked about on here so I just put them on my add to reject list on my cell phone and it doesn't even have a complete ring on there end when they try calling, but they still call. Now it's every 3-days or so they wait to call. They are All Scammers who call you to get you to give Free Money to them. Don’t do it!!!! Add them to your Reject List or change your phone #.

I'm getting these calls and have never had a ticket...  how do you get them to stop?
